Buy Goods uses deceptive advertising, unauthorized celebrity endorsements and refuses to honor its written guarantee
I watched a commercial on Cognihoney featuring Bill Gates and requested some information about the
Cognihoney . Although I did not order the product and do not want the product Buy Goods shipped 6 bottles of Cognihoney to me. When it arrive on July 16 I immediately attempted to return the item and receive a full refund. The mailing address on their paperwork was nota valid mailing address which they refused to provide. They finally offered me three refund options; 90%, 75% 25% of the purchase price of $322.67 which equals $80.67. Buy Goods still owes me the unrefunded amount of $242.00 (322.67 - 80.67). I expect Buy Goods to honor its 100% guarantee policy in entirety. I have disputed the $322.67 posted on the July 2026 statement. I will also by willing to return the entire six bottles of unopened Cognihoney to Buy Goods once I receive an authentic return mailing address to you.

I can't say enough good about this company. They are very, very professional. I left out part of my address on my order. And I was scared that it wouldn't make it to my house, so I canceled, and they were able to refund all of my money back within 3 days.
