Have bought from Buy Brakes in the past. The first time around was very unpleasant NO fault of buybrakes.com. They however, took extraordinary measures to correct the issue created by a third party vendor. Adam Hume is just an old school representative that makes absolutely sure you are taken care of regardless. Always responds without hesitation. Hard to find customer service this refined these days. Bought a stop tech bbk for my sons s65 m3 and now the Bilstein b6 damptronic. Money well spent with an absolutely outstanding representative, Adam Hume, and company. I see great things in the future for buybrakes.com.

I ordered my brake calipers for a 02 jeep grand cherokee on a Thursday. I call them on the following week to see why I haven't gotten them on the day after of the supposed e.t.a date. The woman tells me that the eta isn't the estimated time of arrival. I had to remind her that's what eta stood for but she still argued. Days later finally get my calipers and it was missing 2 of the anti vibration pins that hold the pads in place. I asked for the hardware to be shipped and the woman got pissed that I refused to take pictures of the boxes that they were shipped in and the contents of the box. I was like really it's 5 bucks worth of bent aluminum. Just send me my effin hardware. Still haven't seen it to this day. Don't buy from these guys. Unless you like a hassled confrontation every time you call.

Dealing with buybrakes.com was fantastic. They got me exactly what I needed. They're very knowledgeable and talked to me about the different options available. They recommended that NRS brake pads which do a great job with low dust. I'll be going through brakes.com for all my cars brake needs.

Called support to change an order and see when the parts would be delivered. John was very helpful and even had some personal experience with modifying cars with parts like upgraded brakes. Very thankful for the help.

Don’t buy. They flat out lie good luck trying to return what you ordered.

I ordered two sets of brake pads over a month ago. After 2 weeks with still no shipping email, I called customer service to which Rose answered. She told me that buybrakes did not have their inventory updated whenever I ordered, so the brakes I ordered weren't coming. She told me she would send an email with a few options of what I could do next. Never got that email. After another week of waiting I decided I wanted to refund the order, and take my business elsewhere. After calling and *trying* to cancel my order, it seems that Rose wants to be of no help and has yet to send me a confirmation of my cancelation. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself time. BuyBrakes gets 0 stars from me. If you read other reviews, it seems that buybrakes LIKES to do this to other customers. Beware, and don't shop buybrakes.com. The company has made ZERO effort to fix THEIR mistake.

Bought the Hawk Performance brake pads for my 2015 Corvette Z51 and am very pleased with pricing and expedient shipping. Had a minor issue with one of the pads and the company made it right without hesitation. Awesome products, awesome people, awesome internet experience.

So I order front ebc yellow brake pads for My daughters 2005 nissan maxima . They arrived Wednesday and when we open the box they were rear brake pads instead!!!! Called customer service and got no where with them, seems like customer service is in a different country.. They want to receive the wrong brake pads first before they will send out the front brake pads, and they want me to pay for the return shipping crazy!!! They screwed up not me and now I have to wait multiple days before she can used her car !!! This is unbelievable..

After 2 months of use, the car shakes during braking. Bad quality brake pads and rotors.

Never dealt with a car parts website where you need the "measure" when you have already entered your vehicle info to find compatable parts. I sent back the rotors that weren't the correct size for $76 freight 2 wks ago and still habent been refunded any of the amt I spent. So $109 spent...still need brakes for my car...buybrakes.com is not helpful or willing to make anything right with me. Do not recommend

Just received/installed/bed-in a BBK for my Honda S2000. Adam is awesome, he listened, offered options, low pressure. Kit took just under four months with current world situation I’m happy to have received them at all.
I just bed them in on the way to work and holy carp, triggered ABS, seat belt locked, and I was smiling ear to ear.

Ordered brakes for multiple cars. Very fast shipping. One set of brakes did not fit. Checked the website along with the manufacturer’s website and both showed it was the correct brakes for the car. Called BuyBrakes and the associate helped find a different manufacturer brake pads that would fit the car. He placed an order for the replacement pads at no charge to make it right. It is nice to do business with an honest company who does care about their customers.

I dealt with Adam who bent over backwards to verify fitment and delivery time for the big brake kit I wanted, he even finished the sale on his day off!!
And then to top it all off they beat everyones price for this kit. It was so nice to experience good old customer service.
