Best price

They have always given me the best price for any electronics that were accepted. Hands down my go to spot for saling of my no longer needed electronics. They are very honest and helpful. Even when I accidentally sent an incorrect package to them. They got it straightened out and sent it off to the correct place for me. They are very refreshing to work with.

Good experience

I had a practically brand-new Samsung phone that my husband and I just couldn’t get used to using — I guess we’re iPhone people for life. After several people wasted my time on Marketplace, I found BuyBackTronics. They offered the best price I could find, and the process was straightforward.
The only thing I missed was that there’s a 15-day processing period before you find out whether your phone is accepted. When I called, the woman I spoke with was very helpful and explained the timeline, letting me know I’d receive an email once the 15 days were up.
In the end, they accepted my trade-in, and I received my check within a week after that. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d use them again.
