this was my second purchase and both times something small was wrong with delivery. First time the wrong address was put on the box so it went down the road (inside delivery note was correct). This time I opted for Parcel force NDD (more expensive) but it came by Interlink (the cheaper option). Then I got texts and emails to say it was coming shortly followed by more saying it wasn't. So I didn't know what was happening. Not the fault of buy n bake but I didn't choose Interlink service.
I will still use Buy n bake because they do provide a fast service and I love Fondarific.

I had a terrible cake dilemma, after ordering some individual pvc cake boxes from another company. In a panic, I called Buy & Bake, who spent 30 minutes on the phone with me, trying to find a solution to my problem. They were amazing and helped me avoid a real disaster with my customers. Amazing service, I was so grateful.

Not the cheapest on the market but great quality boxes which match the image of my cake shop. Always great customer service. The only times I've had issues, they've been quickly resolved and rectified. Will continue to use in the future.

Received a five star service from buy and bake. In spite of the couriers best efforts to ruin my day, Choy and Mo stepped in to sort out my delayed packages and i received my stuff in time for the classes i had to teach. Great products and great service. Would definitely buy again.

I called yesterday after putting an order through to see if I could get my delivery next day Saturday! Bearing in mind the posting @buynbake offices is by 11 am I believe, my order was about 11:50, also Monday to Friday so no Saturday delivery.., so I was hopelessly late.. BUT I called and spoke to the most helpful woman of any business owner could have.. The lady noted my concern and asked me to give her 15 minutes to call back and she was more than prompt! called said there is extra a charge (which is what i was happy with, so paid extra £15!) So the lady was to ask the packing team @warehouse to rush pack ready after I accepted and wanted to pay little more to Get my my delivery on time, it was swiftly done within that same phone call, email and text of tracking no./hour slot was provided!
The best part was when, I opened the package this morning, there was complementary 2 Big! tubs of decoration for my son's birthday cake ... Now where would you get this kind of service?

This was more than a good customer service, this is best you'll ever get, I will recommend this company to anyone! And the lady on the phone is the best asset to her company!

p.s. The delivery charges are so reasonable I thought personally being a flat rate! just perfect! considering some items are very heavy..

I had no problems with this company, from placing my order to receiving my goods, it was easy and quick.
I was kept informed when my parcel would arrive so I could
make sure I was in to receive it.
I would recomend this company to any one.
