Believe its just a scam, had nothing but trouble trying to add vouchers and book things, even extending some coz couldn't get it to accept the vouchers in time, trying to use credit up before it expires today but still not letting me add vouchers I have just purchased, saying page is forbidden for my voucher, have lost so much money over the last 2 years on this

I purchased a prezzo Italian meal for 2 voucher..it was emailed straight away and booked a few hours later for the following evening.. The meal and service was excellent.. 3 courses all delicious.

Absolutely disgusted this company steal from it's customers i had a voucher worth £80 which was a Christmas gift from my son so we thought we would go for a short break and paid another £79.99 but then couldn't get the dates we wanted so buyagift then refunded the £79.99. Leaving me with the original £80 voucher an paid £20 to extend the voucher. So have now paid another £99.99 to book a different break away which left us with £50 in credit buyagift have now said we don't have any credit left. But unable to have a phone conversation with anybody at this company. SO BE AWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

A relaxing gift turned into three weeks of hassle
Nearly three weeks chasing a simple issue, irredeemable voucher, no promised callback, unanswered phone route and directed to a website that didn't work properly. Eventually a helpful agent, Roxanne, resolved my option to simply get a refund within minutes, which made me wonder why getting there had been so difficult. The time and effort involved were ridiculous. Very disappointing experience.

Payment issue
I wanted to buy two separate vouchers for Gokarting. One purchase went through successfully and I received a voucher, but there was no voucher for the second one, even though I had actioned it on my credit card website. I emailed your customer service and was informed that she couldn’t do anything and advised me to purchase another voucher despite the second £31.99 was still in pending on my credit card.
When I tried to buy another voucher the price had gone up so I sent another email. I was told that nothing could be done and that I should keep trying because the prices do change. Fortunately, I was ultimately able to buy another voucher, but two payments of £31.99 have been charged to my credit card and a further £31.99 is still in pending!
The pending payment of £31.99 is no longer in pending on my credit card so the matter is now resolved.

London Steakhouse - give it a try
We had a great time at the London Steakhouse. The staff were all very friendly. The mackerel pate was delicious as was the beef bourgonion and fish cake. The chocolate mouse for desert was a let down, a large glass with a huge amount of thick cream - ditch this and offer a smaller portion given how rich this is. The cocktails upon arrival were very tasty. I would definitely recommend this. Booking was incredibly easy with plenty of slots to select from. The restaurant has a lovely cosy atmosphere.

Great website to buy gifts for…
Great website to buy gifts for Christmas, I bought a handful of experience days, meals out and shop vouchers to make up a Christmas present for one of my sons. He was really impressed with them and has enjoyed gradually using them up. I got the benefit of seeing my son happy and I got to babysit my little toddler granddaughter at the same time, so a win for all!

It looks terrifying from the top but you don’t feel like you’re falling more like gliding! Really recommend! Go Do It!

Very disappointing 50th birthday celebration
Unfortunately, our Sunday lunch experience on the Belmond train was a huge disappointment, especially as this was meant to be a special celebration for my 50th birthday.
We were expecting a luxurious, elegant and relaxing experience, but sadly it was quite the opposite. The train was far too noisy, which made it difficult to have a conversation or properly enjoy the atmosphere. The whole experience was also far too long and exhausting. Instead of feeling special and enjoyable, by the end we were simply tired and ready for it to be over.
Considering the reputation of Belmond and the very high price, we expected a much more refined and relaxing experience. Sadly, it did not live up to our expectations and was not the memorable 50th birthday celebration I had hoped for.
A very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, not something I would choose to do again.
