four super car driving experience
Bought a four super car driving experience for my sons birthday. Redeamed the voucher, then upon my son booking a date hes told that brandshatch will cost extra (not advertised), certain cars on the advertised list cost extra (also not advertised), experience is held on a open track day with public also using the track at same time so a waiver is a must and costs extra (yep you guessed it also not advertised). So this has cost a fururther £160 on top of the initial purchase of tge experience. Extremely misleading be warned !!

I tried to purchase a magazine…
I tried to purchase a magazine subscription as a birthday gift and it was so complicated, they sent me a voucher which I then needed to redeem and the system was asking me to pay again. I tried to speak to someone at Buyagift about how to unravel the mess but I had to speak to an AI robot! Even when insisted I wanted to speak to a human there was no option of a phone call to actually explain it to a person! I had to message back and forth and wait a while for a response which was so frustrating. Eventually the assistant said I could have a refund which was actioned very quickly but the whole experience was very irritating and will not be using them again.

Faulty Towers Dining Experience
Went to the Faulty Towers Dining Experience at the President Hotel in London. Was a surprise present for a friend. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it, in fact we would be happy to go again!
Great food, great location, great value for money. The actors were so good and it really is a totally immersive experience. Can't praise it enough.

Beautiful place to have a cream tea
Beautiful place to have a cream tea. We had the traditional afternoon tea, there was loads of tasty food. Friendly, cheerful staff and beautiful surroundings made for a relaxing afternoon. The grounds were a very pleasant place to have a stroll in afterwards.

Voucher written off
I redeemed my voucher and contacted the venue to book. They could not offer a booking for over a week and as we were on holiday near this venue this was not possible as we would be back home by then. I looked at buyagift site for another venue I could attend but could not find one. As the voucher had been redeemed, even though it had not been validated with the venue, I found I could not re-use it. I therefore after spending hours on the site trying to sort it, decided to count my loss and resolve not to use the site ever again. It would have probably worked fine if the venue has been able to accommodate us.

Do not use!
I used my voucher for a 2 night stay and paid over a hundred pounds extra to upgrade the type of hotel the voucher would allow. When we arrived the hotel informed us they had no room for us, had been given none of our contact details by the company, and had been trying to contact them to inform us but nobody ever answered. I have been trying to get the money back and nearly a year later I still haven’t seen a penny of it. Do not use this company!!
