My case arrived with a manufacturing fault. A full refund was provided following a review. A nice item, such a shame I can’t use it. I suppose it’s unfair to expect the seller to inspect every one but at least now they can alert the Chinese manufacturer. I hesitate buying any items from Facebook promotions now.

I bought a screen and returned it, paying for shipping. After a three-month wait, the seller refunded the screen price but didn't send the shipping cost.

Avoid! If you want to return an item you will have to post it back to china and postage will more than likely cost more than the item, you are wanting to return.

It’s a scam, they disguise as European company and sell defective products!

I bought touch screen from them, the touch screen wasn’t working when I tried to return it, I discovered the business model on which they survive. So basically they sell you a defective product that you practically, you need to send back to china with your own expenses and deal with all the logistics and legal stuff like tariffs and a lot more and this only the begging. They waste your time and money, I encourage you to not deal with them. I actually I don’t understand why they still not been closed by authorities.

Really good value for money. Icd screen not as good as oled 1 but I'm not paying 150 for a replacement screen. Came fast, internals fitted well and works well. No complaints at all

Shocking service, got messages parcel was out for delivery numerous times and never arrived. After multiple emails with Buy2Fix giving me different couriers and tracking numbers which weren’t with the courier service (hours of emails, telephone calls to couriers and 6 weeks later it arrives. Totally incorrect product. I will NEVER order from them again.
