Brandi made this such a easy process for us! She found things that truly saved us. When every other lender denied and took advantage of us. Brandi answered every question. 24/7. I told her she was our angel in disguise because she was able to help us take control of our lives again! She made sure to keep me reassured when I was losing it. She made this happen for us!! I can also say both the lady that helped afterward and the one who came to our house was amazing to us also!

Working with button finance was a great experience. Alan Carpenter made the process easy and was always available to answer all my questions. I would recommend using button as they had the best rates and the least amount of fees.

This is my first time and on emergency I required a line of credit and approached Eric, he is really awesome on response and Information and knowledge.
I was hesitate initially seeing the reviews here, but it is again case to case how you approach and provide your docs , I can’t believe that I got my loan approved and dispatched in 14 days . Kendra was my closing specialist and she was flexible to gather my info and work with me .

Been asking from them to stop calling me multiple times, the last time they called I asked them again to stop calling me and the response I got was rude condescending and unprofessional.

There was a request to be added to my insurance as a second lean holder, and I can't get in touch with anyone. I called three times and they said they would call me back. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told they will call me back. I believe they are a scam and they will be reported.

PLEASE CANCEL MY SIGNATURE OF LOAN. I WAS MISLEAD AS TO THE COSTS OF LOAN. I FEEL I SIGNED UNDER DURESS!

I am very impressed with the customer service and how easy the loan process was. Eric Portley was great. He answered all my questions promptly and listened to my needs. Brittany Knaack was also very helpful and was kind and efficient. I had an issue with my account number so there was a delay in my funding. I told Eric. He put my mind at ease. Brittany and Eric reached out to the appropriate person, Kayla, to get the numbers straightened out. She was also kind and efficient. Even with hiccups, that was no fault of theirs, they got everything done and with kindness. Good customer service is hard to find. So often you call a company and have to wait through machines and get the run around with no solid answers. Not them. If they didnt have the answers, they reached out promptly and got back to me. The process was easy and it was so pleasant to work with people who care.

My loan officer was Sunday R.
When I was first contacted by Sunday, she asked me my reason for wanting to do another re-fi.After getting the particulars of my current loan, she pointed out the advantages of what Button could offer me. She broke the finance lingo down to where it made sense to me. She then asked me other questions about my financial situation. She pointed out the SBA loan i got during the pandemic, did not offer the best of terms, and for a few $1000 more, I could pay it off early, and save a considerable amount in interest paid over the full term of the loan. Like the title says, "she broke it down" to where it made sense to me. She was always professional and curtious in our conversations. Sunday R. is top shelf in my opinion.

My transaction was handled with professionalism and courtesy. I was very happy with the final outcome and appreciate solicited advice.
