Scottish Company Very Happy and Satisfied
We were a little hesitant about using an English company to liquidate a Scottish company, however we're now very glad we did.
Corinne and the team have been very helpful, understanding and patient with the number of questions we had.
In Scotland there arent many options available for liquidating companies, as they all use the same people and roughly charge the same.
We were happy to find Business Rescue Expert offered a much more affordable option.
Only difference using them is that some documents need a notary, which is only around £60 to have them notorised by a Scottish Solicitor. Given the cost difference from the Scottish Liquidation companies, its still a no brainer.
Thanks again for all your help.

Helpful at a bad time
After over 30 years of being self employed, the whole process of closing a business had me stumped. Sam from Business Rescue was understanding, sympathetic and on the ball.
Thanks Sam.
Really hope I don't need you again. For obvious reasons.

I started researching insolvency and spoke with a number of firms. I chose BRE after a number of calls with Sam. Sam was extremely patient and understanding of the complexity of the problems and situation. Her understanding of the technical aspects was also reassuring and the combination led to me instructing BRE. The process is now underway and the whole team are excellent. I believe it was the right call, and I hope you do too if you ever need thier services.

Samantha at Business Rescue Expert was fantastic. She gave me all the assurances I needed to keep my worries and concerns at ease throughout the process. Even when I at first did not want to initially engage, she kept in contact but not too much. So I always had a point of contact for when I was ready. Overall great service from business rescue experts. I couldn’t recommend them more.

It's a shame that the UK has come to this.
Echoes of Charles Dickens and the wickedness of Victorian England.
Servants of Evil is an understatement. I hope generations of these people feel real misery and pain as a reward for their wickedness.
By making decision to choosing this…
By making decision to choosing this company was my big mistake as these individuals make my situation 5 times worse then was, they take fee and forget me, left me alone zero professionalism and explanation, people do not get involved with them as they are lies!!!!!
Preditory Ambulance Chasing type Operation
Predatory ambulance chasing type operation. They sit around scanning Companies House for strike off suspensions to pedal their services via mailshots.
They are trying to sell expensive insolvency services.

In reply.
Yes I know about the legislation regarding strike-offs. Any director should know about this otherwise they shouldn't be a director.
It is pretty obvious if you have debts you need to pay them off or go via the insolvency route.
You shouldn't be sending unsolicited mail just because a governemnt (Deprtment of Trade), The British Business Bank and a bank (Santander) screwed up. Bascally these bafoons don't send the information they should by law. Also a massive conflict of interest between the Department of Trade and Comapnies House, as they run it. The last thing I need is a vulture company sending stuff throught the post, so do one.
