Ordered cold blue from this company

Ordered cold blue from this company, it never arrived and they refused to refund the item... Avoid
No refund issued to my account, so the below message is also rubbish service. Again Avoid.

Ivan, now thats not true at all - is it? You let us know of a problem at 6.20pm and by 8.45am the very next morning ( which was a Saturday) the item was refunded. less than 1 working hour to process a refund for your missing item. Im sorry that the delivery went wrong. Its rare, but it does happen. We always look after our customers, and to say otherwise is simply dishonest.

Protected night and day, no spray.

Using the repellent wash for clothes has given me peace of mind. No longer do I have to spray from head to toe, just my face, neck, any visible skin. I have a serious allergy to all insect bites, my clothes now protect me. A perfect buy.

A million emails.

I have placed a single order with Bushwear. I am not exaggerating when I say I have received 14 separate emails about this one order. Jesus how much can you spam me about a single order?? Multiple repeated emails about dispatch updates, or order summaries. C’mon it’s ridiculous

Next day delivery

Next day delivery. Have worn the boots once and very pleased with comfort, waterproof-ness and ease to get on and off. time will tell how they hold up.
