Satisfecho con la atención al cliente

Ante cualquier problema te puedes comunicar con el servicio a cliente y te ayudan a resolverlo. Por ejemplo habia un libro que estaba demorando mucho tiempo en llegar a almacen por temas de clima y me dejaron cancelarlo para que el resto de los libros dentro del mismo pedido pudieran llegar rápido. O cuando una tienda envió un libro tapa blanda cuando debió ser tapa dura, me ayudaron, vino un currier mandado por ellos para llevarse el producto y luego me hicieron la devolución de mi dinero. Satisfecho con el soporte y entrega.

Buscalibre nunca me ha fallado, todos mis pedidos llegan intactos y a tiempo!:) suelen tener mejores precios y más variedad

Experiencia de compra

Encuentras variedad de libros y es fácil de usar. Lo unico que quizas deberian de ver de mejorar, es el tiempo de entrega. Pero comprar libros que se adquieran en el extranjero, es entendible que demore el envío.
