We had problems with our boiler / leaking radiator, a plumber (Clement) was able to attend within an hour, he was amazing, quickly solved our issue, great customer service and attention to detail. We will definitely use Burns heating again, thank you Clement

Burns plumbers are excellent. My boiler stopped working and they replaced it really quickly for me. They are so efficient and reliable. I will definitely use them again.

5 star service all round! Responded quickly, efficiently and sourced the route of the problem immediately. So professional and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was politely explained to me. My hot water was back on in no time at all. Have recommended to all my family and friends. Impeccable service and one extremely happy customer. You are in safe hands.

I called Burns Heating today to get them over to my property to stop a leaking that from my upstairs en-suite into living room.

Damien arrived within the hour which was promised, stopped the leak and diagnosed the problem, absolute life saver!

I've never been a customer, yet I receive regular spam text messages from them promoting their boiler service. No response when asked how they obtained my number. Finally reported to the Information Commissioner's Office for breach of marketing and GDPR legislation.

Burns Boilers are without doubt one of the very best companies I’ve ever come across. The job at hand wasn’t pleasant (drains, sewerage and new outdoor pipes! Callum is so reliable, turns up when he says he will, always a good sign. He’s knowledgable, friendly and gets the job done. Did a fab job too. This outstanding customer approach in any business is hard to find. I for one will be using this company from now on. Can’t recommend them enough. Spot on.

BAD BAD BAD to the core. Do NOT use Burns Heating in Milton Keynes. I reluctantly used Burns Heating during early 2021 as many other firms were unable to do the job because they were extremely busy during the lockdown period. I contacted Burns Heating and Damien agreed to install my bathroom along with fitting radiators throughout my 3 floor town house. When quoting me for the bathroom he plucked an outrageous amount out of his head and when i asked what do i get for that price, he casually said 'for that price you get whatever you want!' That made me cautious and felt it was a rip off, so just got him to change all the radiators instead. He also said his guys could do plastering as well. Due to Covid i was finding it difficult to get anyone so agreed his guys could do plastering in 3 rooms. He made a date to start job, then kept cancelling, set date again, cancelled, set date again, cancelled. By this i couldn’t be bothered with using him as he kept saying he was always stuck in Luton, my back-side! He calls again another day saying he was 10 minutes from the house and ready to start. I gave in against my reservations. His guys installed the radiators ok... or so i thought. The plastering was diabolical. One room had so much bubbles in the dried plaster, he tried to make out it was caused by leaks from the roof... another crap lie... other rooms were questionable by far. In the end he admitted that the guys mixed the plaster wrong causing the bubbles on the wall and agreed to reduce price due to all the issues with the other rooms. At this point he kept nicely in touch to make sure he was paid. Since installation, one of the radiators never worked and another one is leaking. I asked him to return to look at the problem.... guess what, he makes a date to attend, doesnt show, makes another date to attend, doesnt show, makes another date to attend, then txts to say he is stuck in Luton. Luton can flipping well keep him and his dodgy, shady company. This is one of the worst trades company i have ever used. Looking at other reviews afterwards, I can see that anyone unfortunate to agree to use his company has found issues and others have experienced the same dumb excuses. At least he is consistent in that his track record with customers/potential customers is the same… CRAP. He never reads his email messages/txt until weeks later, unless its when he wants money from the customer. You have been warned. Do not use this company unless you have time and money to waste and are ok with a guaranteed bad bad workmanship that you will inevitably experience. I unfortunately hired Burns Heating in February 21. Glad to the core that I had the foresight to reject his offer to fully install and re-do my bathroom at a ridiculous price he quoted for a tiny room. I was recommended to another firm that was able to complete the bathroom quickly, to an excellent standard and their price was significantly lower. Damien who states he owns Burns Heating in Milton Keynes, is a 100% useless, lying plumber with grand ideas he is unable to execute. My advice… AVOID. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you are into cowboys.

Doesn't respond to emails sent in response to advert in MK Citizen

Burns heating seems to be the only company in Milton Keynes that fixes gas ovens, but when I told the owner that the fault was that there is gas in the oven, but the flames are not appearing (so it probably needs a flint), he basically said that he couldn't be bothered, the job was not big enough, it was a waste of time.
