I ordered items that never arrived. I emailed them SEVERAL times for a refund and never got it even after they've responded and acknowledge my complaints. How is this website still existing? I will never order from them again.

I ordered wallpaper from Burke Decor 10 months ago. It was never shipped. I followed up with customer service every couple of weeks and they said it would be another couple of months. A few months ago I requested a refund. That's never arrived either. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they also tried contacting Burke to no avail. I contacted the FTC but the statute of limitations expired. If anyone has been successful receiving their merch or refund, please tell me how! What they do is a sin!!

I ordered a desk. It came damaged. They sent it again. It came damaged again. They promised a refund. They never sent it. I followed up and they ignored me. Horrible customer service. I will never buy from them again. Almost everything on their website can be bought elsewhere for either the same price or cheaper. Use their website to shop, then buy the item from someone else.

I ordered wallpaper almost 1 year ago and months down the road said their machine was out of service for a while and asked if I wanted to wait or receive a refund. I asked for a refund and I still have not received it!!! Over $2000 and I have zero faith in receiving this refund! I am SO upset!

I ordered wallpaper in November 2024, five months later it hasn't arrived. I've reached out twice and both times they say it will ship in three weeks. This company is a scam..

Do not order from Burke Decor. They will not ship your products and will not refund your money when you cancel the order and request a refund. They are lucky they do not have a store front or people would be lined up to get their money owed to them from these thieves.

I ordered a chandelier from Burke Decor. It does not work fo me as it hangs down below 6 feet and prevents walking in the room. I have emailed Burke Decor to begin the process of returning this item, and have gotten zero response. Any online company needs to be responsive. I order alot of home items as an Interior Designer. I am very disappointed in Burke Decor.

I placed my order back in November 2023 and still haven’t received either the product or a refund — and they’ve stopped replying to me altogether.

Have you found any way to get your money back? Did you file a complaint with your credit card provider, the FTC, or BBB?

Ordered a lamp… year later I still don’t have a lamp. I received credit back, so ordered a bench. Now it’s the same old story that they are shipping it out in the next two weeks, but never do. How is this company still functioning with so many unfulfilled orders?

They are crooks and scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered $750 worth of furniture, which never arrived. When I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card, they lied to my bank and told them that they delivered the pieces. I never received the pieces or my money back.

I was ripped off in December. Same exact story as everyone else with no notice and no goods.

Been waiting for a sample since January 2025. Said it would ship March, now April / may! I need it for a project I would like to complete.
I have requested a refund but based on other reviews I guess it won't eventuate. What a company! Shouldn't be in business.

I have ordered from Burke Decor in years past without a problem. HOWEVER like all of the other recent reviews, I placed a wallpaper order on May 17, 2024, and was given schedules, upon MY asking, not upon them informing me, that delayed shmt by one month at a time. On March 17 2025 I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. Guess what? "If the order papers have printed already we cannot issue a refund". The order papers were issued and the shmt left Great Britain Mar 21 & arrived Mar 24. I am out $160 as I purchased the wallpaper from a reputable firm (Eades in NY) in order to get the job finally done. B-D offered a return or exchange. No, I'll eat it for $160. Not going to bother with these folks ever again. Try cancelling your overdue order and see what happens. You might actually get it! I think they are banking the money and then if you cancel, THEN they order the product and it ships

Purchased an order back in Winter 2024. Refund pending since Summer 2024.

I’ve been waiting for an order that I placed in April of 2024 and still never gotten it. I’ve gotten emails every month almost saying that it would be delayed and still nothing. I gotten a email in December 2024 saying that they had to cancel the order because they couldn’t get the item/sideboard. And that they would be sending me a refund and 3 months later still nothing refund. I’m contacting my lawyer because I need my money back. This is ridiculous. Please do not order from them.

I placed an order with Burke Decor on March 2, 2024, and more than a year later, they have yet to deliver the product or issue a refund. Despite numerous attempts to reach their customer service—and even receiving responses here—their actions have been nothing but delays, unresponsiveness, and a complete lack of accountability.

If you're thinking about purchasing from Burke Decor, I strongly urge you to read customer reviews across multiple platforms before making a decision. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same hassle.

I ordered an open box console table that was supposed to be just that - new, but open box. Without any tracking notification, I received a damaged item. I ONLY bought this as open box because the item is discontinued so I had no choice. But either way, it was supposed to be new. I reached out about wanting to return it/get a refund and was told (Feb 27) that the claims dept would reach out to me in 3-6 business days. Yesterday (3/5) I got an email from said claims dept saying I have to wait another 3-6 business days for a “resolution.” Excuse me, but this is a needlessly slow process, and meanwhile I have to deal with a large and heavy box with a defective item in my foyer. I just want my money back. And they have the audacity to say not to send a follow up email if they’re taking too long because it will “push your claim back in the queue.” Stay away from this business. If they don’t refund me soon, I am taking it up with my bank. There’s no way to post a review on their website. The page cannot be found now.

I purchased a coffee table for $1,124 in Feb 2024. I was told the coffee table would be delivered by April 2024. I reached out to the company several times regarding my order never arriving. In November 2024 I asked for a refund. It's now March 2025 ( an entire 13 months since I placed my purchase on their website) and all I've received is email after email about how small their returns department is and ensuring me they would be escalating this matter. It's pretty clear to me this company steals peoples money and ignores their request thinking they will go away. I don't even understand how they can still be in business. I'd be happy to put together a class action lawsuit. I can assure you my lawyers will cost me nothing. I'm sick of the run around. It's clear they have no intent of returning my money.

DO NOT purchase from BurkeDecor.
They are an absolute SCAM company. They will take your money, string you along with delays, and your'll never see your purchase or money. Stay away!

Burke Decor is a SCAM website being run outside of the US. My wallpaper samples have taken over a month to arrive. I'm glad I only spent $20 with them. Here's the nonsense response I received from them:
