Waited 2 hours for my food and just eat wouldn't give me a refund told me to wait 20 more minutes worst service I've had!!!

I was ordering at Burger King on Roscoe and Woodman. While I was ordering in the drive thru line using a coupon code from the application, I received an error that it did not work. The employee called his manager. The manager was extremely disrespectful, super rude, and told me to back up and reverse to reset the timer because the code wasn't working and my time was running. They were more concerned with the time than my order or my code from the application. I felt extremely offended and upset that I just drove through and left the restaurant. We went to In-N-Out instead. This makes me feel like never going back to Burger King. It was extremely inappropriate for them to tell me the reverse when their system was wrong and I was giving them a code from your application. I was with my two sons and my daughter I felt embarrassed humiliated and disrespected by the attitude of what appear to be the manager that took over the speaker conversation I inform them it was the same code that was on the app and simply told me to park and come inside to scan the code that was given to me I explained that I said to give the code at the ordering drive to system they disregarded we're very irritated although there was not one single car behind me in the Drive-Thru there was no cars behind me and I was able to reverse and then go forward by the time I ordered I felt disgusted like they would do something disgusting to my food and I will be posting this on Yelp I'm extremely upset and after years of going to Burger King makes me feel like never going back again

I had my lunch in the Colchester high street restaurant.
My meal was served cold and I paid an extra 14p to upgrade my drink of which I asked for no ice.
Ice was put in and the coke was flat, it tasted like cola water.
I approached the staff and was told ice makes it fizzy. That's the first time in my 50yrs I've heard this.
I would give the staff here zero stars but had to give one to complete this review
I certainly will never visit here again.

burger king in fields is amazing

Wonderful experience today at Chippenham Burger King by the dual carriageway with the lovely girl who works behind the till serving. Think her name was Mia if I remember. She was polite and extremely helpful. Lovely manners and very smiley. Made my experience a good one. Food was lovely too!

This girl is always so lovely every time we go in there, can’t do enough for the customers. She really is a great asset to Chippenham Burger King team

Visited Burger King at Dover port waited for it to be cooked and unfortunately it was rank the food was very hard as if it had been double cooked please don’t waste your time or money if I hadn’t been in a rush to catch the boat I would of been taking it back 🤮 even a street dog wouldn’t touch it

Well Burger King has finally brought back the burger I loved in the 70s and 80s. No more stale falling apart buns and you can actually see the toppings instead of wondering if it has toppings. Great job.

Absolutely HORRIBLE I had to drink bland pure juice it was disgusting and then the burger it calls its self "burger king" when it has the taste of cardboard just please shut this place down and im telling you never go there even if you want to throw up or get food poisoning
