Staff very good at their job, a minor hick-up but they sorted this very quickly. and made curtain that i was sure in what i was going to do when i used the charger for the first time.

From ordering the charger to the completed installation i am very satisfied with work.
Stephen the installer completed the work to a high standard, and left the work area spotless.
overall very happy I choose Bumblebee.

Quick and easy process from my conversation on the phone with bumblebee right to fitting my charger. The sales team talked me through to exactly what unit was best , and the fitting was excellent did a great tidy job and all looks good .

Excellent customer service. Kept informed all the way, and quickly installed to my complete satisfaction.

Excellent installation and explanation of the charging point

Send out an electrician who had the parts and knowledge to do the job after the survey had given all the specifications and information he needed .

Also being a professional company I feel they should come in a professional company vehicle or sign written vehicle At least possibly with ID , rather than someone in a beaten up car that isn’t professionally equipped.
Prepared with a few tools in the back , with a young guy who doesn’t seem to have a clue what he’s doing .

Tradesman was very helpful about what he was going to do, and the work he had carried . Very polite and took all rubbish with him. 10/10

Used a local company to do the install young lad but knew what he was doing, arrived at 8am , tidied up everything before he left.

Great service from start to finish. Charger installed really quickly and to a good standard.

Craig, who installed our charger, was friendly, and did a good job in installing our charger, and explaining how it operated. On the day, the route for the cable from our house to the charger was different than had been decided on following the remote survey. Craig's solution was better, and neater indoors, but that does mean for me that the remote survey didn't work, and I unnecessarily spent time clearing spaces which weren't touched.
Also worth commenting on the booking system. I had been told that we would be given a choice of 3 different days for the installation, but in practice was only offered one day - which happened to be inconvenient. The booking confirmation also confirmed, very clearly, that the installation time would be AM, and yet everything else in the communications in connection with the installation said they were unable to specify timeslots during the day, and it could happen anytime from 8.30 AM until late afternoon. (Craig actually arrived around 12.30.)
Otherwise, after the installation was booked by Arnold Clark, Bumblebee were very quick in contacting me to progress the installation, and that part of the process was very efficient. My understanding is that there has been a huge surge in demand for having EV chargers installed, so it's understandable that some of the details around the installation didn't work quite as well as Bumblebee would normally intend.

Update, some weeks later: On the day of the installation the electrician told me there would be a follow-up phonecall from Bumblebee, probably later that day, to check how well everything went. Also told that paperwork would be mailed to me (invoice etc, presumably). Neither of these things ever happened. As it turned out, I have had huge problems with trying to get the charger to work as it should - though this appears to have been a clash between the app for the charger and the app relating to the car (MG i-Smart in my case). Nobody warns you about that sort of potential problem - which, extensive online research suggests, is common. Nearly 2 weeks before the scheduled charge worked as it should. Then the next attempted charge failed again, for reasons still unknown.

The process was smooth and efficient. All staff members were friendly and helpful.

Come done there job. And cleaned up. Only problem was they tripped the fuse board without telling us and only find out about it till 9 at night

We were very pleased to get up and running. Our EV technician, Ellis,was great. He was friendly, polite and professional.

Very smooth installation and helpful service. Carried out with little to no hassle at all and the two gentleman were very forthcoming and helpful with questions I’d asked.

Great service from the off. Booked in, recieved a call next day from a friendly knowledgeable advisor who explained everything thoroughly. Recieved an email immediately after the call with a link to book an instalation date. Booked the earliest date (48hrs later)
Engineer txt on the day to give me exact time. Installed within 90mins. Ran through the app and how to use the system. Really impressed with the whole service end to end.

Engineer was on time, very pleasant, explained all I needed to know. Made sure everything was left spotless.
