The charger is not working. , horrible communication

From referral to install the comms and process leading up was seamless. My only niggle, was the install itself, pleasant engineer but feel that it could have been done more discreetly from an internal/ external perspective in terms of external cable positioning and white silicone used internally. Lesson learnt - more clarity on the cable run and positioning with engineer from offset to ensure better aesthetic.

I had to wait 6 months to get connected. After chasing numerous times they managed to get this moving. I’m really disappointed that Ive done all the hard work which should have been done by them. I’m not sure I would have had issues with another supplier. I also dealt I was overcharged for a cable which has only run about 3 meters and only took the engineer less than an hour to install. Sorry I would not recommend this company. Very poor customer service but products is good

Arrived early. Very polite, friendly installer. Provided helpful information throughout the process. Did a very clean, professional job. Very happy with the charger so far (although it's only been 4 hours!).

EV Home Charging Point Installation by Bumblebee. Arrangements for the visit were communicated to the customer clearly and with all parties agreement. Bumblebee’s technician arrived timeously and explained in detail how he proposed to achieve the necessary customer requirements. It was obvious that thought had been given to how the various key milestones to be targeted were to be achieved. It was clear that Gordon the technician was highly competent in planning and undertaking this type of work.
I would have no qualms about recommending Bumblebee to anyone wishing to have an EV charging system installed on their property.

A bit slow to respond

The person who came to fit the charger was extremely friendly, and talked us through everything with no bother.

Ross was great, arriving on time and giving us options for the location of our electric charger and the way the cabling should be laid.
Overall, we are very happy with the installation. The cabling is done via loft and on the outside we have a small, very smart looking charger accessible by both of our cars as it sits right in the middle of the wall.

Fantastic installation from Craig. Treated it like his own home and perfectly fitted - wouldn't know its there. Took extra time to cover how to operate the system and hints and tips too. Really first class and so quick.

What made the experience great was the customer service I received. Chatted to Luke over the phone and the whole process was seamless and easy. I thought it was going to be more stressful but they took all the stress out of getting a new EV charger installed. Ben was amazing at fitting the charger also. Would definitely recommend this great company 100%. Thank you!
