Great Customer Service
An update to my previous feedback below. I have changed my experience from 3 Star to 5 Star.
I received a call today from Imran who took time to explain the process to me and whilst Bullwaves action the withdrawal the same day, the customer’s bank can take time to apply the credit. Bullwaves are working to improve withdrawal options. In the meantime thank you Imran for your courteous call. Bullwaves clearly care about the customer experience which is very refreshing and reassuring.
“It takes too long for withdrawals to reach personal bank account (i.e., up to 5 working days). In a world of faster payments then withdrawals should be as quick as deposits”

So far so good I was a little scared when I was reading the reviews on this broker as one of my friends recommended me here first I did a 500£ deposit and then in the next 3 weeks I did a total of 2000£ withdraw each on was taking about 3-4 days to be approved and reach my account then I had a big winning day and I decided to make a 3000£ withdraw one week gone past nothing the only response I was getting from support is that they put my case in priority and that because is a larger amount they need to do extra checks very generic responses from support and not helpful at all after about 10 days my payment got approved and I got paid so overall I’m happy with this broker only thing I don’t like is the support too slow sometimes they don’t even bother to reply to you
