Plan it - build it took on our request to downsize our original house into a main door flat and garden flat . This was a huge job and included building into our cellar to create a kitchen , dining area and walk in storage, small utility room and additional toilet as well as building an extension which was to become our lounge . The work took a long time due to the scale of the project and waiting on utilities etc . It was absolutely worth it . We have been in our garden flat for 5 years and it was the best decision we made in advance of our retirement. Bruce made sure that we were updated on a weekly basis , ensured that our budget was adhered to and resolved problems eg with water and energy suppliers . Build it , the construction side of the family business owned by Colin ( Bruce’s son ) carried out the extensive work with a hard working team and sub contractors . We continue to be delighted with our new home .

Absolutely awful. I honestly can’t advocate one thing about this company. They take your money for nothing. We are devastated.

I have appointed Colin and his team on a number of occasions to carry a number of jobs which have varied in size. Colin has always provided a professional service from start to finish and communicates well throughout each contract. His team are always punctual and well-mannered whilst carrying out works with minimal disruption to the rest of the property. I would not hesitate in recommending Build-it in the future.

Ghastly chap. Use a reputable company, these most certainly are not that.
