Lee is fantastic. From start to finish. He helped me find a car, every step of the way he was very communicative, couldn't have asked for an easier way finance a car.

Finance agreement agreed on the 08/03/2024. Spoke to the person who has been handling my vehicle LEE (remember the name) who is supposed to be the director of the sister company. The level of false information along with an dishonest approach is baffling

Tried to purchase a BMW 330e which was listed on auto trader. Lee has pressed me for to signing of the finance document with no emails or any confirmation of a date for when I will be receiving the car.

3 weeks down the line and here I am no car £400 short as I have had to rent a car out for enterprise and now waiting for another car to be collected. Called Lee almost every day last week and he insisted the car was in transit but couldn’t tell me where the car was. He then gave me a number for a driver who was equally as rude and didn’t bother calling me back

The back and forth with LEE has left me using my own means to travel and out pocket

There was no sorry from LEE apart from “OH WELL THE DEALS NOT DONE” and that was it. The most horrific experience ever and I know by writing this review it may seem like others are incompetent but this is a sole review on LEE and his inability to look after his customers

I hope no one has to go through this and if LEE answers the phone ask for another representative

I would leave 0 stars if I could but that’s impossible. thank you LEE for your disservice !!

BEWARE
This company is also connected to CAR NATION FINANCE, a company which has recently scammed not just my partner but many others.
Sent over a deposit of £2,000 on the 6th November to Lee and still haven't received our new car OR refund. I have been fed consistent lies from every single person I have spoken to and have now had to take legal action.
If you check out buggy doughs instagram page, you will see from scrolling down the page that they were previously car nation finance.
Please consider this and be very careful who you deal with as they are quite clearly not trustworthy.

Hannah and Dan helped me find car finance for my first car at 18 without a guarantor. They both had such good patience. They made the whole process seamless and stress free, they organised viewings and collection with the dealer after completing all of their checks, they even helped me book the vehicle in with the dealer for an inspection. I chose the vehicle on Tuesday and drove away with it on Friday, even the dealer said he had never worked with such an efficient finance broker before. I will 100% be recommending this company to anybody who is looking for finance. Thank you guys :)

Would recommend this company, especially if you're credit score is not great. Account manager was brilliant from start to finish, listening to what i was looking for. Process very straightforward and communication with myself was very good. No pressure to buy a car that wasn't what you're looking for, but match your criteria and budget to get the car you want. So in a nutshell yes i would use this company again 👌

am more than happy with the help I got from Dan . He was never tired of my phone calls and my indecision act . Dan was very patient with me. He was communicating from the beginning till I drove my car home . He made sure I was happy with my car . He gave me a lot of choices . He was too helpful and even went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Dan was very quick with my finance . Despite the stress I made him go through, my finance only took couple of days to be processed. I will use Buggy dough over and over and have since introduced them to my friends .

All staff were helpful and polite I know nothing about cars but the person dealing with my case hannah was very helpful and supportive, she went above and beyond to find a car for me that I love giving the fact I didn't really know what I wanted, she listened to me as a person and found a car to match my life I couldn't be thankful enough

What made my experience great was the person dealing with me his name is Dan he is very patient and polite he went above and beyond, just to make sure I was satisfied. even when I felt like I was being a burden he jus made sure i was satisfied in the end
