I recently purchased a pit boss navigator from buff bbq the website was easy to navigate and the live chat was very helpful and fast to respond to my questions. I was very pleased with my bbq and the after care I received an email from them checking if I was happy and not to hesitate if I needed tips and advice. All in all very happy and recommend them to anyone.

What a product. Easy to assemble. On wheels so can re-position where you want. Clean burn and start up with pellets. Ideal for smoking. Perfect for cooking steaks. Would highly recommend

Our BBQ was supposed to arrive Monday (tomorrow) but we received it on Wednesday, we then received the rest of the order on Friday, so was very pleased with regard the delivery times. We are very happy with the quality and size - decided against the larger version as often its just the two of us. We did a Pork Tenderloin recipe and Pork Ribs yesterday for our first attempt. The Pork Tenderloin (used two with Salsa in the middle) and tied with string - it turned out beautiful so well pleased for a first time. The Ribs were also very nice and the flavour was great but were not as tender as we would have liked (were large though as was for four of us) so think next time we will either increase the cooking time or cook on higher heat but obviously its all a learning curve. However, we all enjoyed them and will have another attempt.

Thank you again for your help and advise on which model to choose and we will be in touch again to order some more pellets. Looking forward to trying some different recipes and getting expert at using it properly.

P S Have since done a Chicken on this BBQ and it turned out absolutely beautiful.

Ordered the Pitboss Classic and it arrived in just over two days, which was way faster than promised. Even when the Euro to UK adapter was missing I did not realise it as that also arrived in the post before I had a chance to put the grill together. The grill all fired up and is working great so looking forward to a summer of trying smokes and grills with my new pellet grill.

Ordered my smoker and accessories on the Monday arrived by Friday afternoon. Excellent service between myself and buff bbq, everything as expected and even this afternoon whilst smoking my first brisket I’m getting correspondence and tips for bettering my cook, would recommend.

Didn’t deliver. Despite saying every day for 5 days it be there that day. Never arrived then admitted it was lost , so would send out another one with cover . No cover , now over week every day phoned. They will get back to me, no return call they don’t care, I have emailed no reply , they take your money do not deliver what they say. , missing cover. Do not use. Do not use.

A few days after I'd ordered it turned out that the smoker I purchased was out of stock, but while this didn't go smoothly it's how the company deals with an issue that is important.

Buff BBQ solved the problem and got a better smoker delivered the next day and communication was good throughout the process.

I was concerned given some of the other reviews on here but they don't reflect my experience with the company. I would absolutely shop with them again.

The smoker was initially delivered on time, no problem. It had a broken motor and wasn't working. The company was extremely slow at communicating with me, and offered to send a replacement part but refused to send an engineer to install it. I asked for a refund but they were not responding. I had to get my refund through a credit card company. What a massive waste of time!

First time ordering with this company. Ordered a Pit Boss Grill and a cover. All arrived within a week. Excellent service and would definitely use them to buy some accessories for my new grill which I love!

Beware of this company they are taking orders and not sending out the goods. I have contacted them numerous times and they’re ignoring emails. Be warned that this is a fraudulent company and you will lose your money. They have had every opportunity to correct this so this review is the last resort.
