I just want to say thank all of you for the reviews on this company. I personally check anyone I dont trust on the scam sites.

Here lately I have been looking for a cricut machine.

FYI, they are now running a site called CRICUTOVERSTOCK.COM. and have it linked through ARTFIRE.COM.

Kirsten- the same thing happened to me! But they sent a catalog instead of my item. I filed a complaint with USPS, and they quickly got back to me. You see, I ordered a huge cooler. The post office told me the tracking number was for an item weighing 6 ounces. I think Buenadeal (which was pretending to be rtic) sent me a catalog, which went straight into my recycling. I knew my postal carrier would remember dropping off something the size of the cooler. I have a claim with PayPal and am waiting for this FRAUDULENT entity to respond to the evidence I sent PayPal, including emails from USPS. Don’t give up!

They are now pretending to be Intex pools - DO NOT BUY!!!
Paypal is refusing refund, because according to USPS tracking the package was delivered. Which of course it wasn‘t

I only gave it a 1 so I could write this review! This is a major scam!!!!! It said it was a limited time offer, should’ve known it was too good to be true, it it was one of the first websites that pulled up after my search, the site looked legit, so I created an act, placed my orde, gave my credit card info, only when the limited time offer was up, I saw it just restarted the clock, and I could not get back into my account, nor email the seller, no previous response from seller received, I was very angry and read the reviews, I contacted PayPal and they froze the funds and the seller has to reply within so many days or I get my money put back on my credit card, I feel so relieved they they will not be getting my money, I will report their account as well, this is nothing but criminal activity and they deserve to go to prison!!!! Turning them into the FBI Fraudulant acct department today!!!!

If I find where your at I will blast your f——king teeth right out of your head you worthless pieces of sh-t. Get a fu—ing real job instead of taking peoples money that actually work for a living. Why don’t you put up your location so I can pay you a visit!

Scammers using Paypal to bill people. Their email attached to their Paypal account is enriquegasser964 at g mail
Complain to Paypal about their scam.
Their web platform is through Shopify, so be sure to lodge complaints with Shopify too. Contact: Legal at shopify dot com
They are additionally running a mirror site OculusUSA.store to steal from people wanting to order Oculus VR equipment.

This company is advertising hundreds of items on several storefronts. The contact number is a dead end. This is fraud on a grand scale. Also they have no shame. They even use actual product pages for advertising. Scammers!

BEWARE OF BUENADEAL.COM

Note, buenadeal.com must have recently opened a new website, rticproducts.com. If you look at the "about us" link, it's the same picture. Additionally, under the rticproducts link the company is referred to as Buena Deal. I got scammed through rticproducts.com, but PayPal refunded me when I proved the shipper sent the product to the wrong address. Additionally, the product was supposed to weigh 25 pounds, but according to USPS, it weighed just over 3.

These people are scamming our site! Don't use them. FRAUD!! madeincookware.com is being ripped off by them.

Tried to order a big green egg smoker. They had a website that looked exactly like the official site, so I thought I was ordering from there instead of buenadeal. There was an error in my order, so it charged me, but did not even pretend anything was shipped. That's when I found out that this website was run by buenadeal.

Ordered Mini Lithium chainsaws and got to chains in the mail, no chainsaws. Have been contacting and am told that due to high volume... It's nothing but a scam!

Unfortunately their website looks exactly like Silhouettes website. Thought it was a great deal and I had no idea that it was not a legitimate website ! I have not received any confirmation I have let the 7 to 10 days go past for them to ship. No emails get returned and their customer service number goes directly to a cell phone voicemail. Clever to mimic a reputable website! At this point all I want is a refund after reading all the reviews I absolutely don't want the garbage they send out. Will be contacting whomever else I can to get my refund. UPDATE::: wrote this Review called PayPal and they have resolved the issue. I suggest you do the same there's many cases open on this company!

I totally agree with the other reviews. What they have disclosed for waiting period of delivery, then receiving something mildly resembling what was actually ordered is exactly my experience with this company. They are bad news, do not order from them, ever!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I thought I was buying from cricut the way they have their website set up. Tried getting in touch with them several times no response. Never received my product. Upon looking up tracking information And getting in touch with USPS item was sent to incorrect address. PayPal is taking the word of this company that item was delivered. Maybe delivered but not to me. I guess I just lossed $80!

Scam! Do not order!! Next time I’ll be sure to check reviews first. My bad for being taken for $44!! Lesson learned.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I too received a chain saw chain in a padded envelope with Bob as return name. I was supposed to get 9 inch lithium rechargeable chain saw. I’m emailing them daily citing my order number and I’m contacting Better Business Bureau for fraudulent advertising and sale!

This is a scam. Approximately $23 down the tubes for a dollar store stuffed animal. There is nothing realistic about it. It took months to receive it, and it is nothing like advertised. Now, they are supposed to send me a label to return it, but that does not seem to be happening. Do not buy from this company.

Total rip off, they said it was delivered.. but not the product I ordered. They can look it up. No return address just a name BOB who sent this small envelope and NO CHAIN SAW!

Total Rip-off!!!! I bought the “realistic puppy and after a month finally got the puppy. It is a cheap dollar store stuffed toy that is not battery operated! I wish I had read the reviews first! It was to be a gift for my granddaughter since we can’t have animals! Blast BuenaDeals anywhere you see them!!!! Horrible!!!
