It took THREE months
The final product we received is a wonderful likeness of my daughter's picture--thanks! However, it took FAR longer than I was originally told. It would have been nice to receive meaningful updates more often. It got so that I didn't believe the few automated updates that I did receive. I emailed Budsies directly to get a human response. I was really starting to think this was a scam.

Kobold Plush
The process took some time, and there was some back and forth. Communication was a bit slow here and there, but overall everything went fine. All the staff is friendly and helpful and they try their best to really make something unique. They should work on their photos. Maybe a short video would be good, as i was very unhappy with my plush, when i saw the photo. In the end however, it really turned out great. So keep that in mind. I am happy, and the price is really appropriate in my oppinion.

These are Fantastic!
I had 2 Budsies made for 2 of my grandchildren and we were thrilled with the results. We had to promise the boys they could do more of them. They seem pricey at first but when you see the great craftsmanship, you’ll understand why and appreciate the end product.

Cute, lacking customer service
Final product is cute, my son had a very simple design. It said up to 8 weeks with a shipped by date. Actually thought because it was so simple it would arrive sooner than that.. anyway paid the extra $50 for updates/proof before it was delivered (not worth it - took an extra week after I approved the design immediately upon receiving the email and received no updates prior to the proof) we had a 4 week delay because they forgot to add the hood on the hoodie, and the hood is literally the tiniest thinnest piece of scrap fabric possible. Cant pull it up over the head and would rip off easily. Not sure why it took an extra month and I received 0 update until I messaged Kaylee from customer service several times, and she did not have anything to say other than it's handmade and I had to ask multiple times why it was taking an entire month to add a very.. poorly done hood. However my son likes it and it looks like the design. It was supposed to ship by May 2, did not ship until May 30. Arrived June 2.

I think you did a very nice job with the shape, it looks like the character! But the biggest problem is the colors. Instead of green you used gray for some reason? The green you guys replaced with the gray is used on the arm where it’s supposed to be but not used on the leg and was replaced by the gray.The gray that is supposed to be there is to light and to close to the light gray details

I was really disappointed with how our plush turned out. There were a number of issues with our item...
(1) The mouth was weird colors. Instead of a tongue (like our image showed) it was red and brown and looked very odd.
(2) The wand in one hand (which we paid extra for) was very top heavy which just made the whole arm flop back and twist the arm of the plush.
(3) There was a small red line on one of the wings that looked like a random pen mark.
(4) The overall quality just wasn't great. Some of the cut pieces looked like child may have done it and the quality just didn't look like what I saw in pictures on the website.
Maybe we just had a bad experience that was one off, but I wouldn't recommend anyone spend the money on this. And I for sure won't again.
