Final product was really cute and loved. I had bought faux fur and the final product wasn't faux fur, but it was probably better that way, and I got the charge for the faux fur refunded really easily.

An Delicate Team of Dreamers
It was incredible. The team at Budsies was extremely vocal and curious of my plush to get it right. They wanted to make sure every inch of this plush was down to demand and I couldn't be happier!
I received the package a little late but that wasn't on their part, just the transport company. I have never seen or held craftsmanship as delicately great as this, they took their time to get it right and I think its worth the price for your own creations to come to life! I could tell they were just as excited to have made this, as if their job is like a hobby, I admire that a lot!
To say, my experience was very pleasant and enticing, if I ever have anymore commissions, I know to go to Budsies for those little things in life that make the world feel less chaotic.

Didn't match description
The budsie seems well made, but unfortunately it didn't match the description my daughter wrote, so instead of being happy to receive it, she's sad because it's not the animal she created. I'm not sure how no one noticed this during the design and creation of the project.

We have used budsies for two other commissioned projects and we have upgraded to get a preview of the design. We added that this time and didn't get it. We got our order and it was not to the same quality as the two previous and we're a bit disappointed.

Don’t commission this company for your stuffed animal!
The plushy was exactly what I didn’t want, it looks creepy and I was told there was an additional cost for embroidered features which I didn’t have a problem to pay extra.. but they proceeded with their own design. The plushy looks far from the image provided. It was a cat, but it looks like a wolf/ fox -Annabelle style with long legs…when it was time to review it I was told I didn’t pay for review prior for shipping. If you are asking so much money, you should allow people to review what they are signing up for. I ended up paying almost 200$ for a creepy ugly looking stuffed animal my child refused to even look at it. I was also out of town and asked the company to ship it for my return instead they just sent it while I wasn’t home and it was sitting on my porch for several days. Worse experience ever. Don’t ask for photos and details if you are going to do your own thing..
