Total scam. They have taken £65 out of my account. I have never signed up to this company and never heard of them before. I even tried to log in to their website as seeing as they have my account details but obviously they don’t recognise my name! Reported this to my bank and got refund. Emailed the company but no response. Very frustrating and worrying.

$113AUD was debited from my account I had never heard of them and luckily I questioned the payment and my bank credited back into my account immediately, obviously a known scam.

Scam!Scam!Scam!!!. Email to say you have won a prize, short survey on Amazon, then £2 for your prize. IPhone, ipad ,dyson hoover etc. But read the small print as then it's only a draw , then charged £65 per month to enter draw. Mostly likely you will never win. Scum, never signed up to them, trying to take money, luckily my bank stopped them. Need to be stopped ASAP!!

Also have had money taken out of my account in authorised never heard of them and never signed up to anything. How are they getting people's bank accounts?

This is scam... Have never contacted you but how come you have managed to take again 29.86pounds in my account twice... Need my refund back as soon as possible.

This is a scam, anyone that has had money taken out contact your bank and you will get a full refund!

I have never heard of this company at all, I don’t use the internet in anyway to be associated with this website. So how on earth have they got my details to take £29.86 out my account for a number of months. If anyone has any details to get in touch with them to get my money back that would be very much appreciated. Thank you

A charge of £29.86 was taken from my account at 5 in the morning and I checked the website and I’ve never even been here before. This website should be taken down, as it seems a few others have had the exact same experience as I’ve had.

Unauthorised payment of £29.86 from my bank account. When contacted I am told that I have opted in via another service, I have no recollection and therefore clearly set up to mislead people. I will be complaining to the financial ombudsman once they have dealt with my complaint internally. They are only offering 50% of the refund as apparently I have exceeded the service. This is a service I have never heard of and have never used. When you email, they email back with standard templates and therefore no empathy provided by the customer services either. It is all pointing to fraud.

Never heard this company/website till I looked at my bank account and realised a payment of £29.86 had been took. I have never heard of this company and most certainly haven’t used any of their tools! This payment was took without my knowledge! I contacted them and they have responded and accept I entitled to a refund.. expect they are only refunding £14.93.. 50% of the payment that was took without my knowledge! This is not acceptable, my private details have been fraudulently used to set this account up! I have contacted them again demanding the FULL REFUND of £29.86, I await response.
