Delivery problem
I ordered two items. One came as expected, but the other didn't. I tried to call the company, on the same day as delivery and left a voice message. I also emailed them about the other item. There was no response to the message or email, but the next thing I knew there was a delivery message telling me when the other item would be delivered. This being the case the company must have dealt with my query, but did not communicate this to me. Hence the 4 stars. Otherwise a good service.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service! Ordered new p50 fire extinguishers for our community centre. Called Budget on Friday, extinguishers delivered on Wednesday and commissioned on the following Tuesday. Everyone very helpful, and no fuss or faffing. The engineer was very helpful with advice, and even took away the old extinguishes. So that's it for ten years. Marvelous!
