Don’t join this site spent loads and finally got some money back and they still haven’t even processed my withdrawal been on there for days! People on chat and the phone are like robots no help at all got told to wait at least ten days!

Just joined a few days ago enjoying the slots and the mystery box bingo, had a few wins and all been paid out with no problem, takes a few days to arrive in your account but that's fine, and lots of bonuses for deposits.

Searched the site high and low for information on how to withdraw winnings. When you click on Cashier it only gives the option to deposit. Sent an email asking how to go about part withdrawing as it seems like an ok site to play with small amounts but until I see some of my REAL MONEY winnings I will reserve judgement. Seems very suspect so far with it being impossible to withdraw. I only deposited 10 pound to begin but feel sorry for anyone who has put in more.

Just opened account had it confirmed, uploaded my verification documents, deposited £50, then it blocked by account after my deposit!!! Can’t get any response from telephone support!!! Do not deposit any money!!! What a scam!!

Still waiting for a dispute,the site is taking all of your money after you win they take double or triple and not giving anything back,reported problems with Super 7s game was giving errors after errors asking you to quit the game when you are winning and not giving the wins,Game taking more money on a bet that the actual bet told the customer service team they told me that they don’t see this problem but it was during game play,Game has problems glitches you can’t make the game stop when you want like it is supposed to do so the game is not fair and falsifying the bet so you can lose!!! I am talking this because with Pragmatic play where the game Super 7s is you can stop the bet and the actual game gives money back this casino just wants you to lose and when you raise a complain you have to wait 72 hour but they take money in minutes!!!
I have screenshots with the problems that the game has and the fairness of this game regarding this platform!!!
I will report this site everywhere till I get my money back because is a scam and a disgusting site to play when you take all the money with the problem of the Super 7s game that continues to be on the site and nobody cares as long as you deposit and they take everything regardless of how much money you spend on the site.
The site is not fair with players and think it need to be shut down or looked into the problems of the software or the games!!!

Seriously how long does it take for someone to get intouch! Quick enough to take money, but currently waiting on a withdrawal to then be told account is inactive no reply on when to expect withdrawal, call up to be told will be processed as withdrawal was requested before account ‘blocked’ chased and chased still nothing....and no reply on email. Waiting on £2000!!!! Won fair and square have accounts with other sites under the 888 umbrella that work fine so why is this one blocked!!

1 star is generous(because I had to). They closed my account just after I withdrew some winnings so hopefully they will show up. They’re happy when your putting money in but when your taking some out they can just close the account without good reason. BEWARE!!!

I have just tried to log in and it’s saying account suspended to self exclusion I have not don’t it and I a so have a withdrawal request pending for 400 I have emailed them twice no response at all

I opened an account and made some winnings, I actually got the jackpot in Rainbow Riches and won €1000. I submitted a withdrawal and because I closed an account with one of their sister companies they suspended my account and would not give me my winnings. I wasn’t even aware that the connection was there between both sites. I won the game fair and square!!

AVOID BUCKY AT ALL COSTS

This site has gone downhill in last 12 months as they have been closing accounts for no reason at all. One of my friends were trying to get advice on a payment method which they hadn’t tried before so its their first time with the new method, but live help was rude, unhelpful, snappy, take everything too serious, not listening, making my friend angry. My friend only stated their opinion that hoped Bucky will pay withdrawal without any problems and my friends account was closed.
Bucky needs to re-train their staff better and just to close players accounts, wow, that’s just not on when we have been playing for many years now without any problems. Bucky used to be a pleasure and a friendly online bingo site but not anymore.
i don’t know if Bucky has changed management or what it is, but its worse. Bucky needs to improve and got a long way to compare to top sites like mecca, lads, hill, coral, gala these top sites have the best live help staff, are excellent helpful, friendly never make their players uncomfortable, or angry these will remain the top today and keep going for many years.
Don’t know how Bucky has survived the way they are treating their players lately, but won’t last for long as players wont put up with it.
Shame WhichBingo awards don’t have the worst online bingo sites, as Bucky will be at
the top for worse online bingo site and worse customer service award. I won’t be voting for Bucky for 2019 i’m voting for the top ones mention earlier, its why Bucky won’t get awards, so bucky has to do something about it or will lose players.
