Fast efficient and friendly service. I needed a locksmith quickly on a very cold January day when I locked myself out of the house with my dogs inside. Jack from Buckenham Locksmiths Ltd came promptly to our rescue. Within minutes he had opened the door and his polite customer focused manner was very calming. Based on my experience I highly recommend this family business.

Can’t find the keys despite saying it was delivered. However Jack was just amazing as he has arranged to get the keys recut and sent out without delay.

I recently used Buckenham Locksmiths…
I recently used Buckenham Locksmiths for a key service. The turnaround time was quick, just two days, and the keys were fairly priced. Communication was good, and the keys worked fine. However, I noticed some delays due to postal issues that complicated the process slightly. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there's room for improvement.
