Scam site

This company (Bucasso) appears to make many hobby products for sale at their site and also sell their products on amazon, walmart, etc.

I ordered direct from their site and got a purchase confirmation, but then I didn't hear anything after that.

The item was supposed to arrive in 5 days. At a week and a half with no updates I tried contacting them.

The customer service email is not valid. All my emails to them were rejected saying the address I sent an email to didn't exist. No one responds on their website's chat function. I submitted a "contact us" message on their site that they never responded to either.

For order status, they make you download the "Shop" app, which I already had, but even checking there my order and confirmation didn't exist.

Maybe this is a spoof site of a real brand tricking people into making orders and payments to them? Either way, they scammed me.

I had to file a buyer protection claim with PayPal to get a refund.
