BTSE is a strange place for futures trading. I lost half of the deposit by paying a commission for 3 days' leverage. Extremely low liquidity. Do not recommend it unless it has unique pairs and you kno... See more

This platform lures people using impersonated youtube trader emails
This platform goes beyond typical scams by actively impersonating well-known YouTube trading personalities through email to lure unsuspecting users into investing. It misleads people with false credibility, manipulative tactics, and ultimately results in financial loss.
Putting my money here was I total waste…
Putting my money here was a total waste of my time and resources 💯💯💯💯... I will keep say it.
Bitci Stack Asset platform which I found on trustpilot after proper due diligence has been the only investment platform I have earned and received my profits without delay or fees.
They do not giv my money and do not help
I honestly have never experienced customer service this bad.
It has been more than two months and I still cannot access my own money because of BTSE. First, they rejected my transaction. Then they sent the funds back with the wrong details, which caused even more problems. Because of their mistake, my money is stuck, and now when my family urgently needs it, I cannot access it.
This is not just an inconvenience. This is real money that people depend on.
What makes it worse is their customer support. Every time I contact them, I receive the same copy-paste template responses. They don’t even try to adjust the wording. It feels completely robotic, like no real person is actually reading my messages. There is no real help, no clear explanation, and no accountability.
Two months is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers and hiding behind automated replies is not acceptable for a financial platform that holds people’s funds.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I trusted BTSE with my money, and it used to be working extremely well and smoothly, but now they have failed completely.
absolute scam
This is a Ponzi scheme SCAM some people…
This is a Ponzi scheme but some people did make money out of it and probably a lot of people lost so unfortunately today they locked everyone's account and asking to move up another VIP level which would cost a lot of money which hence now I can say it is a Ponzi scheme
I use AutoTrader religiously
I use AutoTrader religiously, since I work 9 to 5, I don't have much time to trade like I want too. I use AutoTrader to do the work for me. Simply with a few clicks, I can leave the trading up to the bots and not have to worry about getting ADL or losing all my funds. I can have AutoTrader trade for me while I work and see my funds grow at the end of the day.
BTSE IS SCAMMER!
Hello guys
I had a transaction from an Iranian exchange called WALLEX to BTSE exchange on the date 12/02/2025. On the page: /account/verification. it is written that KYC is not required for trading, depositing and withdrawing, but after depositing my account was blocked and I was asked to send documents. I sent all the necessary documents including card identification, selfie and internet bill, but unfortunately after two days access to my account is still blocked. This money is not the problem, the way this team treats people is the problem, they think people are stupid. Please deal with these scammers, thank you
kyc cannot fix
Just another bunch of sell outs
Just another bunch of sell outs. They have decided they are going to throw us Brits under the bus like all the other shysters that are desperate to block any kind of investment success in this country. Suddenly I get an email how my account will be suspended. Avoid them at all costs. They will for sure sell you out too.
Forced KYC not anticipated
They promote themselves as an exchanger that does not require KYC for spot trading, withdrawals and deposits, with a limit of 100k per day, however, they will request you to perform KYC verification when withdrawing.
A sign up an account with them an did a few operations and everything went well. However, in one of them, when I was trying to withdraw merely 0.0006 BNB to one of my wallets for gas, they held my funds and sent me an email requiring KYC.
I told them I was not going to complete it and I quoted their Terms of Service (Clause 4.1) and their Support Center, where they always mention that:
(1) KYC may be required on some occasions DURING REGISTRATION. Not later.
(2) KYC is required when doing FIAT/Crypto transactions (like a purchase with credit card). But not for Crypto Trading/Deposits/Withdrawals.
None of these cases were applicable to me.
After I told them that, the said "sorry we didn't communicate it beforehand, but you still have to do KYC, otherwise we're not processing your withdrawal".
I have all evidence and I can provide them to TrustPilot. So if someone flags my review, I will provide all documentation to TrustPilot so I will even get the "Verified" label.

Great place to learn how to trade.
I really though trading would be a huge task. When I first started trading I was super confused but BTSE makes it easy. Tons of tutorials and trading advice with tool tips and other things on the platform and also having the AutoTrader feature was a god send.
AutoTrader has a bunch of bots and tons of strategies to choose from, and it's a good way for newer investors to get used to crypto trading. Will continue to use BTSE for most of my crypto trading.
I’m new to crypto trading
I’m new to crypto trading, but BTSE makes it easy. The AutoTrader feature has a bunch of bots and tons of strategies to choose from, and it's a good way for newer investors to get used to crypto trading. You can track the buys and sells on a chart as well.
Worst site to trade on period
Worst site to trade on period. 24 hour locks on deposits with no notifiecations whatsoever. Submit a customer service request and you'll type on the entire order information and you get blocked because you typed a certain "phrase." It's a scam site now. It used to be legit where it would show pending deposits, they'd be there in an hour or two. Now as other users have mentioned, it takes 24 hours to do anything and you'll worry if they actually got your deposit. Hands down worst site for trading because time is essence when you are a trader.
Wolf in sheep’s clothing…
First of all know that this company is the sheep… And the company that is using their name by adding US after it is the wolf!
I haven’t had any direct experience with this specific site… BTSE… but I was scammed big-time by another site using these first four letters BTSEUS. (Com) shortly after it became dot net! These companies are not linked together and I do see a lot of people complaining about them being the same site. they are relating the scam site to the legitimate site BTSE. I have money stuck in the scam website(btseus and I have no way of getting it out and I don’t even know who to call for help such a sad day in my life which I didn’t think it could get any sadder
I traded a few times and decided to…
I traded a few times and decided to withdraw some of my assets. Everything seemed fine, until the funds never showed up. I reached out for help, nothing. No phone number, no live support, just complete silence. I was left feeling helpless and scammed. I have found Winning Formula to be a complete game-changer. Withdrawals are smooth, support is always responsive, and for the first time, my investments actually feel safe. if you are tired of the frustration and empty promises, make the switch.
I'm using BTSE mostly for its automated…
I'm using BTSE mostly for its automated trading platform, which they call AutoTrader. Instead of making manual trades, I just put my money into these automated bots and they trade for me, i mostly use the strategies that buy low and sell high strategies. There's tons of strategies to choose from, I usually wait for a market dip and then put a few hundred dollars in 10 different ones and see what works.
BTSE is a VAST JOKE.
BTSE is a VAST JOKE.
Every bigger withdrawal or deposit gets frozen for hours and hours, up to 24 hours! And the funny part is that they ask you if you are the OWNER of the wallet. They clearly have NO CLUE of how it works and call themself "professionnals" :
Indeed, this is quite absurd because:
1. The very philosophy of crypto wallets is "not your keys, not your coins" - if you have the private keys, you ARE the owner!
2. Technically impossible for them to verify:
- Only someone with private keys can sign
- If you can make the transaction, you're obviously the owner
- A wallet (Metamask, Trust Wallet, etc.) doesn't share this info
3. It's contradictory:
- They're asking you to prove something
- That's already proven by your ability to transact
- It's like asking to prove you own your car keys... after starting the car!
It's probably:
- Excessive compliance measure
- Poorly thought-out bureaucracy
- Badly designed KYC control
This perfectly illustrates the disconnect between:
- The technical reality of blockchain
- Traditional institutional procedures
Easy to use platform for futures trading
I mostly use BTSE for futures trading. It's one of the few ones that don't force you to KYC to use futures, and I transfer in money from other platforms. It's pretty straightforward. They offer over a hundred different cryptocurrencies for futures. Most offer 20x leverage, but Bitcoin and Ethereum offer 100x and Solana is 50x I think. There's stop loss orders and tracking of PnL, liquidation prices, etc. - basically everything you need to do simple futures trading.
Btseus is a straight scam
Btseus is a straight scam. The individual taught me how to trade on the platform. The platform that is similar to the legal BTSE platform. The BTSEus is not legal at all. I started with a small amount while being guided through the process. It was done by screenshots. The individual supposedly showed me a screenshot of what they had in their account. But ultimately the individual tried to get me to deposit 20,000 but after seeing that I didn’t receive any funds back from the previous transactions made. I knew something wasn’t right. I mentioned this to the individual that introduced me to this. They ignored me. I looked for customer support. None found. That’s when i googled and found the actual company. The legal company. I complained to them. Explained everything. They said that they were not associated with this app. So I was scammed but not for a large amount. (Response to BTSE. I clearly said that there are scammers using BTSE.us, which is the illegal platform. They they used BTSE as their template.
