The worst.. pathetic service

One of the worst customer care service provider I seen ever.no one responded still 1 hour

I ported my VI number to BSNL 3weeks and still not yet activated. When I go back and check in the office where I got the sim card they asked me to chck with BSNL customer service. when I caller Customer service they said the service is ACTIVE and no issues from their end and they asked me to check again with BSNL Office. Till date 08/26, I dont have the sim activated properly and the way BSNL office ppl communicate is very poor.

Sabse chutiya aur ghatiya company hai BSNL call karo customer care ko bina baat sune kaat dete hai pure 1 month me bs 100 mb data use hua hai itna vahiyat aur ghatiya company hai

Very bad experience facing because I have port my number to BSNL but there is no network and internet service available and I am very depressed because I am also suffering with my business because of no internet and no network service

Please do not use BSNL network.. galati kar di k BSNL buy kar liya..

Were waste of money in BSNL SIM to buy because it was so much to upgrade for 4g some time it comes 4g at ping it's ok but for download and upload it's waste i request and tell that improves your connection of 4g in madanapalli and also other area in the India first you upgrade first 4g properly after you can go to 5g upgrade ok thanks u sir

Worst sim ever in te whole world never use it

I am customer of bsnl for the past 23 yrs many people say many things to migrate to other tele companies but i stick on till date but u people r not improving ur service even as u r the basis for all other companies as on today ur service r at worst as we cannot speak to the people in the city itself since the jio has hiked its price and many want to return to bsnl is it happening involuntaryly or voluntary disturbing the service ly

Bsnl private limited Bsnl team please release only validity plan so that we people get good facilities please do not ignore the message

Very good network it's not like old bsnl it's new network trust me very good network at low affordable price

100 men will fall for a beautiful girl but not even one girl will fall for a man, if he falls for that means he is rich. When will 5G come and when will it improve its service it is not enough to have a bad network they should be excellent BSNL is correct for basic mobile users but for internet users BSNL is not really correct but who is without internet these days not even a beggar is walking around holding a scanner when will change BSNL who has no ethics for money Have to wait

Very very Terrible service. No network available to call. Even calling the complaint number does connect . And I gave up the internet service, the reason is that if the network is not avaliable for call, how can I use the internet

I feel rating it 1 is even too much for them. I reside in Bihar and the bsnl provider of my area is pathetic also they charge for everything if they are visiting or come to check the issue. They even close the complaint without resolution. In a month at least a week I'll be having no internet or most 2 weeks. But for the payment they send multiple reminders. The most pathetic internet service in the era. The complaint to be move further is 3 days. That means you have to wait for 3 days without Internet then what's the meaning of having a broadband connection.

Never seen a bigger scam other than this whole organisation. Net speed which is promised to go down to 40kbps after 1GB/ day. What's the point when you only get 10kbps during the day? I mean the service is a joke, always was and always will be. Govt should just retire BSNL.

I am a BSNL customer using broadband service. Honestly they should just shut the company and start selling peanuts on the road. Worst connection and even worst is their service. Unfortunately I do not have any other options in my area.
