I booked an airport transfer with this company that a friend recommended to me - I decided to go on with the reservation despite the dismal trustpilot reviews. My experience was perfect, the reservation process went smoothly and when one of their emails landed in my spam folder, the customer service proved kind and helpful. Taxi driver on time, professional, courteous... so I say give them a try, I certainly haven't regretted mine.
I cancelled my prepaid booking two days in advance but they never reimbursed me the paid fee. They do not reply my emails and they shouted at me the two times I contacted them on the phone. Total scam!
