Unreliable
Paid for fast track on two pieces of engraving that were meant to be retirement gifts for Teachers, and the delivery is ‘delayed without any further information’. Called them twice and haven’t had a call back either time as to where the pieces are.

Reply from Brunel Engraving
Good afternoon,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
I am really sorry to hear that the delivery of your order was not completed by the courier as expected due to an unforeseen delay. Our records show that the order has now been delivered successfully and we do hope that you are happy with the plaques you have received.
As a gesture of goodwill I will arrange a refund of the fast track and delivery charges you have paid. If you have any further concerns please contact our customer service department at info@brunelengraving.co.uk.
Kind Regards
