avoid ordering anything from this company
I ordered a new bike on the 18th of April. After 20 days of waiting I decided to cancel my order and buy a new bike from somewhere else. I was told that they cannot cancel the order but once I get the bike delivered, which was going to be done via the Go Bike service company, I could refuse it and I would receive a refund. 2 months later and the bike is nowhere to be found. Every time I contact fahrrad.de I get a different response from a different person along the lines of "it's not our responsibility" and "there's nothing we can do". Calling them is not option anymore as the lines are closed. Do yourselves a favour and do not buy anything from this company.

No order email and no email about transfer
I have ordered products as guest without opening an account. I didn't get an email about the order. The page didn't show me order number (Bestellnummer). But when I checkmy bank account I can see that money has been transferred. It is not possible to reach customer service.
