Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Great staff but music too loud and price of wine too expensive.

My husband and I recently had dinner at the location near Schoolhouse Street in Coquitlam. Walked in and there was no counter for the hostess to greet customers which was odd. The hostess saw me standing there looking around for someone and came over fairly quickly but again, odd. The servers were amazing and the food was good but they lost a star because of the volume of the music. Way too loud for a restaurant where you would like to enjoy your meal and chat with the person you are there with instead of strain to hear what they are saying and raise your voice to be heard. Also the choice of music wasn't great. At one point there was a rap song playing which isn't what I would call dining music. The second lost star was the price of the wine. The cost of a 9 oz glass is pretty much what it would cost to buy a bottle at the BC liquor store (or close to it). It was worth a try but we won't be heading back to that location any time soon.
