The products I purchased are excellent the reason why I gave it 4 stars are the delivery could be improved one item came via Evri no problems with them but the other was via DHL and they gave a time slot for delivery from between 09.00 and 20.00 an eleven hour window NOT GOOD enough

Have shopped online with Brook Taverner for a number of years now. Their range of clothes are good quality and a great range of good colours for the seasons, especially spring and summer. One of my go to places for clothes.

Trousers ordered requiring a leg length of 30.5inches although advertised non were available. Delivery of a larger size means I have to get them altered at adding cost of £15 per trouser I ordered 3 pairs extra cost £45. Delivery should have been with DHL two days ago, not received still awaiting No advice on email, telephoned BTavernet who said they would keep me posted, still no response??

Ordered trousers for my husband, the fit was true to size as was the length. A good quality garment, very well made and the colour accurately matches the online description and picture. After making the order, I was kept ul to date with delivery and tracking, which was all straightforward and very prompt. I have confidence in ordering from Brook Tavener in the future.
