Brooklyn Trading Ltd Reviews 

Placed my first order with Brooklyn Trading yesterday with standard shipping and it was delivered the next day; can't ask for more than that.

The thing is - I keep coming back to this company. I've been using them for 4 years.


Many Many times I have ordered items from them just to be told that the items are "out of stock"


BUT .... their prices are REALLY good.



Trying to get a refund can be a Pain though. Their adverts are misleading sometimes.



They do have some EXCELLENT deals .... Just pot luck if they actually have them in stock.


My advice is to email them first before ordering.

I have bought two lots of DIY products from Brooklyn Trading - paint and flooring.

Both times I have had superb branded products at a fraction of what other retailers (both high street and on line) are charging!

Communication and delivery have been excellent - can't recommend this company enough - it will save you a fortune!

I have purchased from Brooklyn on multiple occasions now. Not only do the deliver quickly, I'm always delighted with my choices. The prices are exceptional & quality impeccable. Thankyou Brooklyn- I'll be back!

We ordered a Ketter Composter from this company. The delivery was listed as £8.99. Upon viewing their delivery charge page it was stated this was for a delivery weighing 15-30 KG. On this basis I think it was fair to expect a solid heavy product . WRONG: it arrived broken and is very flimsy ,to say the least it is "Flexible". Rather than go through the hassle of return I have repaired the corner by drilling and using Cable Ties . THE BOX CLEARLY STATES THAT THE PRODUCT WEIGHT IS 5.7 KG! (Their site states that this weight is £4.99 delivery) After complaining about this I received a reply stating :
"I can confirm that the larger items and postage is based on the volumetric weight of the goods,
The shipping page is currently being updated to make this more clearer"
No mention of my broken delivery.
By comparison Asda delivered via Yodel a very large glass table ,twice the size and 5 X the weight for £2.95 !
Something wrong here I think! Very misleading!

Order arrived very quickly and was very carefully packaged. Good value as well.

7.5Ltr tub of paint was sent incorrectly packaged and was damaged on route causing one hell of a mess in my garden. Brooklyn resent the paint correctly packaged this time and as a 'goodwill gesture' offered me a refund of £24. 32 by way of compensation. Probably one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

took way too long to deliver. one of the products (duvet) had been sent open, it was obvious that it was already returned by previous customer (as the address was still on it). .

My husband is a professional decorator and we buy all our wallpapers from Brooklyntrading. they are of superb quality but knock down prices where can you go wrong? No need to carry heavy wallpapers from shops they are at your door in a couple of days. Great company.

ordered some paint for delivery, following day the lady from the warehouse rang me to say that as i only live a mile from their actual shop she would cancel my order, refund the money and get the shop to put the items i had ordered away ready for collection! saved me the delivery charge and the paint was ready the next day when i called to collect it, very impressed, shall use again

I was looking to get half blinds for the kitchen that would cover from the bottom to a third or half of the way up the window but didn't like how plain some of them looked and I was not going to use lace or nets. Brooklyn Trading posted me a daily deal that was so random but fit the so perfectly I bought two of them. They are an electrostatic plastic window cover that is like a faux mosaic stained window effect. The light coming through this looks warm and classy and just so fits the bill. The delivery was by courier, so I received them a few days later on a Saturday. I've been using Brooklyn for a year now, first through Amazon and now directly as they have decent tools and those nice little items to make your place look a bit extra (people comment on some of my expensive tools that I got for cheap from Brooklyn, I'm a sparkey, and the nice little touches around my yard).

Not interested in most of what's on offer, but have found some real gems!

Great range of products at really good prices. Ive placed a couple of orders now and I'm extremely happy with the quality, price, service and delivery. Highly recommend.

Not Received goods on this occasion

I ordered a number of things including 3 tins of paint.
2 of the tins were packaged together and wrapped tightly in clear plastic.
One of the tins split in transit so the contents of one of the tins spilt all over the other one. I asked for them both to be replaced but they only sent one. As I had to finish the job I had no option other than clear off 2.5 litres of spilled paint so I could use the other. Not a pleasant or easy task and why should I have to do it. Poor customer experience so I will think long and hard before buying from them again

Items are good quality and price, delivery prompt.

I've used Brooklyntrading a few times now and always found them to sell good quality items very cheap which are delivered quickly.
