Excellent service again from Brookhouse Gas Services. I contacted them on 27/02/26 as we thought there was a problem with the gas thermostat. Reception as always were helpful and said they would order a new thermostat and be in touch. Unfortunately the heating went off completely and I telephoned again at 13.10pm. I was told that an engineer would be with us and within an hour the engineer arrived, diagnosed the problem, replaced a faulty valve and left within 40 mins. Engineer like his colleagues was professional, experienced and customer friendly. Wonderful service and would highly recommend.

Our boiler broke down on the Sunday evening and I contacted Brookhouse Gas first thing on Monday morning. An engineer came in the afternoon and both the heating and hot water were working again by mid afternoon on Monday. The way in which the problem was sorted out from my first contact with them to completion was first class and I would recommend this company to anybody,

I was contacted by a lovely lady to arrange the service of my boiler. The engineer arrived on time, was very polite and friendly.

Nick and the team at Brookhouse have never failed to keep our boiler in working condition, despite a fan issue on our 23 year old boiler, the engineers fitted the new fan, serviced the boiler and fitted a new case seal in quick time.

Had annual service done early after calling them with a problem with the boiler,problem solved swiftly and then had to call them again with a water pressure issue a few days later,again they came out the same day and fixed that problem,hopefully all good now.
Brookhouse are very prompt coming out with any problems you may have and the customer service is excellent.

When my central heating broke down recently it quickly became apparent it would need to be completely replaced, a daunting prospect. I was recommended Brookhouse by a number of people so I gave them a call. Nick’s calm manner when he arrived to do an assessment was reassuring, I quickly received his quote and a date was fixed. Jamie the plumber and apprentice Jared arrived on time and again I felt reassured that whilst this was a big job, all would be well. Throughout the week Jamie kept me informed how things were progressing and when possible asked where I preferred pipework to be sited. They arrived on time each day and left the house tidy and safe. Jamie’s care and attention to even the small details ensured disruption to decorations was kept to a minimum and the final appearance was neat. This was a job well done!

Nick came along answered all my questions in a very helpful way and gave me a quote which I thought very reasonable within an hour which had two very good options. I will be proceeding with this job and have more in the pipeline. I was not surprised by this efficiency, we have used them before. Thank you Nick 🙏🏼👏🫡

Boiler serviced today for the second year by Brookhouse Gas Services. Engineer arrived bang on time on each occasion, they are always pleasant and polite. Service usually takes about an hour, everything left clean and tidy. Total satisfaction. Well done Brookhouse Gas Services. Five stars😊

Had our boiler serviced for the 3rd time with this business.Excellent customer service always answer the phone and so cheerful and helpful.The operative was on time and explained how to make our boiler and thermostat more efficient.Clean tidy and friendly.We have a service plan with them and we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Not the first time we have had Brookhouse Gas out and it won’t be the last. Fantastic service, quick call out and resolved the issue for us. We had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling from a pipe, they came out cut a hole in the ceiling found the issue and fixed it. Repair done with minimal disruption. Thanks so much
