From booking by Donna through to the service engineer arriving at the scheduled appointment time Brookhouse provides a five star service . On the day of the appointment Joe the service engineer was very polite and informative of the work carried out.Great people and company .. thank you

I have been with Brookhouse Gas for over 20 years. In all this time they have never let me down. With their insurance, (which is very reasonable), they have provided 5 star service. Whether it be a Summer or Winter service, new radiators, finding and fixing leaks, they have always been very professional, friendly and thorough.

Brookhouse always call me to remind and to book the appointment, they are so accommodating with dates to suit, due to me running a business, sometimes can be awkward. but they work with me.
The guys attending our property are very polite and knowledgeable. The office staff are very nice to deal with and helpful.
Overall very good company and would highly recommend for your boilers/radiator care.

I have a service plan with Brookhouse and contacted them on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke to Jack who came within an hour and found the fault on the boiler. A new part was ordered and fitted a couple of days later. Brookhouse are an excellent company to deal with . Jack was punctual, cheerful and very efficient, explaining exactly what the fault on the boiler was. 5stars all round!!
