Wouldn’t issue refund

My order got lost, I requested a refund 3 separate time and they kept ignoring the request. Do not order from them

Upon reviewing your case, we see that your order was failed to deliver to your address in transit, and your refund requests were not properly escalated. This has now been flagged as urgent. Your full refund has been processed today and should reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.
We have also reported this failure in our support system internally to ensure no customer falls through the cracks again.

Good quality, bad shipping

Shirt was decent quality, but never got an email saying it was shipped or delivered. Shipping also took longer than I expected.

Great quality for the price

For the price, the quality of shirts I received is amazing. Shipping is a little slow. I did pick a free sticker that I didn’t actually receive. Instead I was sent some random stickers, pins, and a car air freshener that was cute.

Fabrics feels fine

Fabrics feels fine. I like the designs.Definitely should have went a size up. I thought it was an American company when I bought it. It came from China.

Great shirt

Saw a shirt I liked and decided to try out this company I have not done business with previously. The shirt arrived quickly and was much better quality than I expected. Customer service actually reached out to see if my order arrived rather than most companies that would just wait for you to bring them a problem which I appreciated. Shouts to Anne for great work!
