Upon reviewing your case, we see that your order was failed to deliver to your address in transit, and your refund requests were not properly escalated. This has now been flagged as urgent. Your full refund has been processed today and should reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.
We have also reported this failure in our support system internally to ensure no customer falls through the cracks again.
We completely understand your frustration and why you feel the way you do. While we regret that we failed you this time, we hope there might still be a chance in the future to rebuild your trust.
