A dear friend of ours experienced extremely traumatic and distressing treatment by Brockenhurst Estates particularly Manager Birju Panchmatia, who now operate under a new name Brockenhurst Property specialist in Hatch End, Pinner. They were previously based in Harrow. They may appear very professional until you get into contracts with them
The individuals involved were reported to be abusive, manipulating, aggressive, unprofessional, and dismissive of serious tenant concerns, particularly affecting vulnerable people. Sadly, this is not an isolated case.
We’re sharing this to raise awareness — always check reviews, verify legitimacy, and don’t be afraid to speak up if something feels wrong. These things can happen to anyone — you, your loved ones, or your children.
