The team went above and beyond to ensure my parcel was delivered in a timely fashion. The service really was exceptional. I experienced some delays in the delivery of my order - all of which were outside of the control of the Broadley's team - but they made my problem their issue to fix and resolved the issue very quickly. Attention to Detail
Ordered a pair of Masai trousers. Alex from Broadley’s contacted me prior to fulfilling the order as he felt that the colour of the trousers on-line, didn’t reflect the actual colour of the item ‘in the flesh’ and wanted to double-check I would be happy with the colour. His attention to detail was much appreciated! Needless to say, I am very happy with my purchase.

Fast shipping, and excellent customer service!
I placed an order for a shirt, and a few days later, I ordered another one but with slightly different sizing and fitting. Shortly after, I received an email from Broadleys, informing me that the size and fittings of the two shirts I ordered were different. They offered me the option to cancel my second order before they shipped it to me. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative that they cared about me and my purchase.
I had a very positive experience with this store.
