Promised tonnes of work yet nothing…

Promised tonnes of work yet nothing came of it. Paid for a whole year over 3 grand for hopes and dreams. And when you want to cancel your tied into next year, with the small print. Another 3 grand. Which they took me to court and have to pay. 6 thousand pounds for absolutely nothing.

Beware! Professional scammers!

Professional scammers! Everything they tell you is a lie. They will tell you anything to extort as much money out of you as possible and, in fairness, are very good at it!

Zero Rating

If I could leave zero stars, then I would.
This company is nothing more than a scam, no work comes from it yet they’re willing to take our hard earned money from our business for their own gain.
They promise you the world in order to sign on the dotted line with no intention of providing work and their sole purpose is to chase for payment.
Please avoid at all costs, this contract has caused us nothing but stress and worry.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Complete scam!! I wish we looked over the reviews before going ahead with this criminal company!!! Sending jobs over that lead absolutely nowhere when you chase them up, not one job obtained over the whole 2 years we’ve been trapped in this contract with them!! I don’t know how anyone can work for this company and sleep at night. We are a small family run business done out of thousands of pounds. After seeking legal advise, and our solicitor delving deeper into this company, it turns out they have more people working for them on the ‘legal side’ of things than actually people seeking work for the companies that pay money for their service. You try and contact them to discuss work and they are no where to be seen, however when they are chasing money you can’t get them off the phone!!!! Please nobody else act as naive as we did. STAY AWAY!

!!AVOID!!AVOID!!AVOID!!

Don't get conned by this company! Promise you stacks of work and don't send you anything until you chase them. After that they send through jobs that don't go anywhere. Worst of all they use automatic renewal so cancelling less than 3 months before the end of the contract isn't enough notice and you have to pay full price for another year of no leads and no work. This could send a small company under with no remorse. Smooth salesmen on the phone with no conscience. !!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - complete scam, making many promises which they don't keep. Tried to cancel, sent letter by post and copied it by e-mail to two employees - both of which we have delivery receipts for - but apparently we didn't cancel it 'properly'. Please be careful, thousands of pounds for nothing!

I was screwed by this company too

I was screwed by this company too! I hope people see this, and learn not to deal with them.
They promise loads of work tenders in the area you specify, after payment for thousands they bring you nothing even remotely near your vicinity. Please be warned and BEWARE the AUTOMATIC RENEWAL! BR Network will send you out a reminder that your payment is due but NOT a reminder THAT YOUR CONTRACT is due for renewal! That's right, then it's too late to cancel and you owe THOUSANDS of pounds for another year for a service YOU DONT GET.

Honestly

Honestly - if there was a star rating less than one, they'd have got it.

Absolutely pointless and useless service.

That not the worst bit - having cancelled the "subscription" we received another bill a year later for another years subscription, BRN claiming we didn't cancel "properly" !

Genuinely consider these cowboys to be corrupt.

Steer clear at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lure you in by constantly ringing you with temptation of work that doesn't materialise. Work that is given is far and few. Then they trap you in with an auto enrolment for another years payment which require 60 days notice, but they send you out the bill after this so you cannot even cancel. Not worth the money. Very clever sales tactics and set up to trap small innocent businesses to handover money they cant even afford in the first place. Absolutely disgusting money grabbing company. What do you expect from a company where sales staff work towards bonuses which mean they can be paid thousands of pound (£7,200 p/m) for hitting targets. I read this on the website 'Glassdoor, where people review their experience on job interviews.' They record all the legal bits when you are on the telephone when you agree the contract to make sure you pay next time. You feel you have no leg to stand on and us normal gullible people don't really understand all that legality or consequences in the first place. So what hope do we have.

Terrible company

Terrible company, they reel you in and then ignore you for months, then after a year call you up to tell you have to pay for another year! has anyone else come across this? Did you have to pay? Is there any way of not paying for another year for this terrible service, its something we simply can't afford either as it gave us zero business.

BR Network....it's a con and a scam! If something sounds to good to be true it usually is! Stay away!!!

Would of gave 0 stars if possible, avoid this company at all costs! Best thing you could do is as follows: Take the money you are about to pay in subscription fees to them down to the local bookmakers and place it on a 3 legged donkey in the Grand National....because believe me you have a far better chance of seeing a return on your investment that way then you do by using BR Networks! They promise the earth and deliver absolutely nothing!
While I was deciding on if to join them or not over a couple of days I heard off my supposed 'account manager' Rebecca more then I hear off my wife in a year with persistent phone calls talking me into the service, once I paid the subscription I never heard anything off her again despite leaving emails, voice messages etc. Note she was my account manager so you would maybe expect to hear something ah!
The service your supposed to get states you get tailored sales enquiries with clients who need the exact service you provide, you get absolutely nothing of the sort off them other then a pathetic app that tells you of a building site somewhere in the UK!
The only thing these guys genuinely provide is a solid contract between you and them, when you finally come to your senses, reality bites and you come to realise you've been conned and say to yourself 'OK, that's enough' and try and cancel and write it off as a 'Homer Simpson' Doh moment..well this is when you finally do hear off them again, to be informed that you have signed a lovely contract saying you need to give a rediculous notice period in writing by recorded delivery otherwise the service automatically renews and you will have to pay the exact same fee all over again, and believe me they will pursue it! We received the County Court papers, they had genuinely put in for a claim against us highlighting this ridiculous clause in there claim form!

Immoral, high pressure, high stress to client sales and after sales

Do not use this company. The most efficient team within their business is the corporate litigation team as they must enter into a lot of it, hence the business name change some years ago.
They have very good and persuasive sales teams with all the skills and tricks of high pressure target driven staff. The limited information derived from them is often of companies/ individuals that are unable to build working relationships with a contractor due to poor/ none payment and/ or bad people skills etc.
If you do choose to deal with them DONT or BE VERY CAREFUL as contractually they tie you into a renewal clause that you must give them 60 days recorded written notice but they don't need to have any client communication as would be seen as normal/ professional.

Do not use this company under any …

Do not use this company under any circumstances. They promise you that they place work rather than provide leads but all they do is give you rubbish tender enquiries that you could get from Glenigans for a fraction of the price.
I got conned into using them by a smooth talker called Glen who told me he had loads of construction contacts looking for a company like mine and I am now £1400.00 worse off. I am now having to go to the small claims court to reclaim my money.
