Once got through was dealt with speedily and efficiently.
Like the call back facility.
One observation: when the auto reply system gives alternative phone numbers they are so fast impossible to note down.

Same issues as previous sailings, Le Jardin restaurant choices very poor. Okay if you are 99% vegetarian, but not for most people, which is illustrated by the lack of customers (compared to when we travelled on the Bretagne). Also the staff at the counter are severely lacking in customer service skills, to the point that the person serving me was in a kind of 'stupor', I had been attempting to give him my order and after a couple of 'is anyone serving here?' questions, his colleague next to him also noticed and pointed out to him that I required serving!! We as a family are generally meat eaters and would prefer to use the self service restaurant but this is no longer possible and feel that your company wants us to be excluded and forced to use the table service restaurants (and of course more expensive!) We are increasingly thinking that we will bring our own food on board but this will make the 12.50 meal voucher useless and we lose out!!! We have a disabled daughter to cater for and this is difficult enough for us without worrying about finding somewhere cost effective to eat on board. Another point is that due to the delayed sailing times recently, time is very tight on getting to our cabins, sorting out our dogs and making it to the restaurant on time.....what are your comments on this? We do not find fault with the cleanliness on board or other facilities, but feel this restaurant/food issue should be looked at.

Straightforward simple to use booking system.

We'd already done the pre check in for the outbound sailing, then received another email saying to do it and we weren't able to add the vehicle details online - the computer said to ring, I rung and the recorded message said please to use the website if possible as phone lines very busy, so I hung up!

Sailed for many years with BFerries, excellent new shipand accomodation. Disappointed in self service restaurant from previous ships

Excellent service with contact to a real person and not an automated system.

The website got stuck in a loop, but I was able to connect to a real person relatively quickly. They confirmed my booking and waived the usual fee for making telephone bookings when I explained that the website was not working.

Lots of information provided during the booking process, which was a big help.

The website was easy to find and navigate. The steps were clear and the various options explained. It was easy to make my booking, even though my outbound and inbound journeys were different.

Ferry booked successfully

Staff were polite. Entertainment staff work hard. Ship was lovely and new and the deck and Entertainment lounge were nice to sit in. Needed a cinema. Its a long crossing to not have more options to entertain ourselves with.
