Absolutely a waste of time to deal with. Will most definitely continue to use Rimmerbros.com. Rimmerbros are miles more professional than British Parts and have never let us down. Ordered part LR045822 from British Parts for £127.76 was then informed that the part wasn't in stock. Wasted three days and money waiting for the part. Really don't see why I had to chase after the part if the part wasn't in stock.

Delivered the day after I ordered well packed. Only one complaint it would be nice if prices were shown with vat added or at least make it clear the prices do not include vat. Be nice if a service kit was made available for the XE Otherwise an excellent service.

Was told a price on the phone
Was told a price on the phone, then charged more. Took money twice. Asked them to send what other parts will be needed to complete the job. Now got a car sat on my ramp as not all parts needed was sent. The attitude of staff and accounts is poor.
Now im getting threatening emails from them and leaving poor feed back on my business pages.
Stay well clear

You were quoted a trade price and you agreed, we raised a invoice for the same value, you attempted to pay by card and this payment was rejected as you did not have a card that matched your address, you then paid by a direct bank transfer,
