Tried to order a hamper to be sent to Canada. Order would not go through it stated that my payment method was not available in the state mentioned. Luckily I had not put my card details in. No phone number to contact company filled in contact form. After reading other reviews re it being a scam looks like I have had a lucky escape

This is a scam company. No product sent. No email response. Phone disconnected. Avoid.

This gift box and experience was fabulous. We ordered a few weeks out of Easter for a surprise gift for my sister who has been missing her Easter chocolate whilst she was living in Australia. We initial had an update saying the parcel had been delivered which shouldn't have been sent. Despite being a bank holiday weekend their was a fab response to support with helping, which confirmed with their courier a delay and incorrect update. Seeing some in of the review on trust pilot I was initially worried but the communication was brilliant. I was assured that after buying the company there was difficulties with changing email and phone over. The communication via Instagram was personable and helpful. This has the basis of being a fab company when properly ran by the current owners.

My mum recently ordered this for me as a present as I live in Australia! It was an incredible surprise and it has the most amazing selection of snacks. The company themselves are such lovely people and I tagged them in my social media and they then sent me out something as a kind gesture! Such a lovely experience and my mum said she would order again also! Thank you!

I recently ordered from this company for my daughter that lives in the USA. She is finding it hard to get hold of British snacks over there and thought this would be a nice treat. The website made it easy to order and i was notified when my order was being processed and sent out with the courier and able to track the progress. My daughter loved the box and everything arrived perfectly in the box that was packaged really well for an international delivery. Well worth the money and I will 100% be ordering again! Thank You!

I give one star as not allowed to give NO STARS. I made my order with BGB in November 2024. I had a confirmation and receipt. Sadly it's now March and the gift has never arrived in Vancouver. I have sent emails to the company - no response - also tried phoning - number is unavailable. I have checked and this company is still trading on the internet so still taking peoples money. The only reviews on their website are from 2 years ago. I really think this company is not now trading but is still taking peoples money!!

Expensive and despite the order being placed well in advance of Christmas, they delayed postage so that the gift box couldn’t possibly arrive on time. Sadly it’s now February and it still hasn’t arrived! Contact with the company via email and telephone has so far been unsuccessful - no reply. £65 down the drain

Tried to send a present to family in Spain, BGB accepted the order but the parcel was held by Spanish customs and subsequently sent back. No reply to messages from BGB and no working telephone number so £59.00 out of pocket. Now state on website that postal services to Spain discontinued. Not a reliable company and no customer service.

Not sure they are even a real company. Ordered a hamper to ship to a friend. It never arrived. Sent 3 emails and an online enquiry no response. Tried to call the phone number that used to be on the website and it was cut off. Whatever you do don’t use this company!

Terrible customer service no reply to any of my queries and gift hasn't arrived

I ordered items in November, I was cynical after reading online reviews. However, I received news today that the parcel has arrived exactly the date it was due to arrive. in Australia for my family to enjoy, despite unable to track the items online. They are very pleased with the contents.

I don't believe this is a genuine business. Avoid.

Placed an order 5 Dec for delivery to US by 21 Dec; no communication since that date (12 Dec) and there is no way to contact them as the website is unavailable due to the recent storm?! Phone number also unavailable. Updated 13 Dec: Despite not being able to contact the company, I’ve had confirmation that Royal Mail have received the parcel. Sadly, it will not meet the delivery deadline which means my daughter won’t receive this in time for Christmas! I hope she enjoys the contents when it does finally arrive!

I am worried ordered £180 worth to be sent to singapore and everytime I checked it was proccessing but now thw website is just a message about the storm darrah cannot get onto the actual website

Wondering about the authenticity of this business after spending £60 to send a parcel to the US that doesn't look like it's going to arrive. Received a confirmation email and told I'd get a despatch email. So far nothing and we'd asked that the parcel arrive by next week (we ordered a few weeks ago so had plenty of time to arrive per their delivery schedule). No replies to emails. Even the website is down now citing the recent storm. Avoid.

I ordered a gift box on 5th November to go to Australia paying £67.49.
It is still saying processing, I have emailed them numerous times and tried to call many times, (the number doesn't connect) no one is getting back to me, looks like I've lost my money. Stay away from this company
