Scudo-serena-brushed-brass-thermostatic-bar-shower-with-rigid-riser-kit 👍🏻

Recently purchased a Euroshowers Double Corner Wire Basket to replace my previous one as the chrome had started to tarnish (after 6 years). Chose the British Bathroom Company as they less than half the price of other well known outlets. Item arrived well packaged within just a few days of ordering by DPD. Received regular updates by email throughout. Great customer service and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Absolutely beautiful cabinet, can't wait for the basin to arrive to get it all set up. Thanks british bathrooms 5*

Placed an order with this company on 4th August (15105). It didn't arrive within specified time, no update from the company. Cancelled the order on the 12th August, via their online system. No refund received. Contacted them via email on 20th August no response received. Tried on numerous occasions to telephone no one answers the phone. Now progressing with the bank. Definitely AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Really happy with my order and the service received. I ordered a Scudo Muro High riser Basin Tap. The item was excellent quality and delivered quickly. I was kept informed of the progress of the order. Would use again.

This company has exceptional products and able to source unique items, ordered the Grohtherm SmartControl Concealed shower system with Rainshower SmartActive 310 in Brushed Cool Sunrise and its amazing! Thank you to Sam at British Bathroom company

Quick delivery. Item as described

Easy and quick, purchased a replacement toilet seat and cover for my toilet, came a few days later, well packaged and all in order!

Superb communication, kept me updated throughout. Very pleased.

I accidentally purchased a silver KoGE 4-in-1 Swan Pull Out Spout Hot Water Tap instead of brushed brass. Sam kindly rectified the issue and changed it over with the minimum of fuss, arranging for the silver tap to be collected, free of charge. I can't recommend British Bathroom Company enough. Top team and excellent customer service!

It was easy to find the part I needed on the website and after placing my order the website automatically suggested fixings I might need as well. That was all great, but what was then brilliant was that the order arrived faster than the speed of light. I've not ordered from this company before but won't hesitate to do so again.

I had been searching for a replacement part for my integrated WC. British bathrooms came to the rescue. Dispatching the item without fuss. Very reasonable price too.

Placed an order for a product that was supposed to be available/in stock. After trying to call them to double check about my order I realised this isn't looking good as there was no option to get through to anyone and so I requested to cancel and refund.
Never received any human-written reply from them, just automated email informing about a refund that yet hasn't arrived (it is 25.08.2026 today!)

(Order #14483 (WEB14483) placed 21.07.2026, cancelled same day

It’s a scam!! I haven’t received the product or my refund, and it has been almost two months. There is also no reliable way to contact them.

Quality products delivered quickly . Great service

I was looking for an orange toilet seat to add a bit of excitement to our bathroom, and found what I wanted, a Euroshowers Orange Soft-Close Toilet Seat. Product information was clear, and delivery was prompt enough. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Was easy to order and check exact size and dimensions of the toilet seat.

Exact replacement at a much cheaper price than anywhere else for our shower caddy! All the best to your company for the future

After having our bathroom fitted we ordered the matching toilet and towel holder . We were very impressed with the delivery competative price with the products. Would certainly order from you again . Thank you.

Purchased RAK ecofix flush plate. The price was unbeatable ! Item arrived very quickly. Great supplier

Ordered a wall mounted bathroom cabinet. After a little misunderstanding regards the courier, all was resolved quickly after a short email. It then arrived at the promised time, delivered with care and at a decent price compared to other outlets. We will certainly consider strongly should we require any further purchases in the ranges they provide.
