Item itself is great

Item itself is great. Packaging was very good and delivery time fair. Would have given 5 stars had there been some communication from BCMI or a reply to any of my e-mails. Phone number and address on site don't seem to be in use.

Worst service ever

Advertise items they don't have in stock
Take your money straight-away but are in no hurry to refund it
Awful communication - took them nearly three months to admit they didn't actually have the item.

Worst service I have ever encountered from an on-line seller.

Pretty straight forward transaction

Pretty straight forward transaction. I got a bit worried when I saw pay pal where tacking the money and I had not heard from them but a call came through a couple of weeks latter. The chairs were delivered and they are great.

Very impressed with the service

Very impressed with the service. The item I ordered was out of stock but Simon asked if I wanted to wait a couple of weeks or cancel the order. He took the trouble to telephone me. I agreed to wait and in less than two weeks my order arrived.
The stock is fun and interesting too.
Top marks!!
