The glasses are incredibly stylish and chic- I love how they look on me, especially for someone who has a bit broader face! However, they are quite heavy and after a few hours i start to feel pressure from the sides. Still going to be wearing them happily either way, but more so as an accessory rather than prescription glasses.

I have not received my order
I ordered a pair of glasses almost two weeks ago and still have not received them.(order number: NL1001222851)
Each time I contact the shop, I’m told they will “check with the supplier” and get back to me within 24 hours, but this never happens.
So far, I have received no clear update, no tracking information, and no indication of an expected delivery date. Communication is vague and unhelpful, and there is no transparency about the status of the order.
The glasses were intended as a gift, which makes the lack of reliability and follow-up particularly disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

I made a mistake in my order. Despite it was all my fault they replaced the glasses free of charge. Amazing service.

Delivered what was expected
The whole process of ordering glasses was simple: entered my prescription data, selected the desired lens, etc. Delivery time was bit on the high side, but probably the lens are made in Italy or something, so did not bother me much. The lenses are pure joy, very light and clear. All in all, great experience.

Super, super expirience
I had really nice expirience with Brillen.nl. Ordered glasses and needed to go on holiday so they did not come before I'm gone. When I came back to home after 6 weeks holiday I saw that my dioptry is not good by my mistake. They offered me to return and give back money. We did it. I ordered new one and they are wonderful.

Extremely nice customer service!
Nice fit and finish on the glasses, quick production and shipping.
I messed up my glasses due to a mistake on my side. They helped me immensely and wayyyyy above what could be expected. I had a very pleasant experience with customer service.
Anyone could just sell a product, but it takes something special to have a customer service like this!
