Great and easy
Was a bit sceptical at the start, so I used the free trial. Currently, using it with 7 of my properties. Great tech and easy to navigate. Will recommend to landlords.

Would recommend to landlords
I wasn't sure to begin with as I have never managed my properties through technology but once I started to use the brightlet.com system it's never been so easy and simple to manage my property portfolio on a day to day basis.
I created a tenancy agreement for my existing properties, and then sent a request to my tenants to manage and communicate online. I have been using the system for almost two months now and it has definitely helped me reduce manual work, paperwork and be more organised.
I have found setting myself reminders for important work and getting reminded automatically very useful and communicating with my tenant through the message system more convenient as it doesn't intrude the tenants or my daily life with phone calls.
There is a lot of features they offer, which I am yet to try them all but I truly agree that overall I am satisfied and what I have seen so far has really helped me as a landlord.

Saved more than £250
I came across brightlet.com and my first impression was like wow! Sounds amazing and it's free to use. I created a profile that had my previous landlord information, employer details, and a guarantor to support my application. According to brightlet.com having this information makes your profile strong. I then put down an area where I wanted to rent with type of property required.
Within 2 days I received an email alert that matched my required property. I simply applied for it, arranged a date/time with the landlord and 4 days later I am letting the property out.
I must say I saved more than £250 by dealing with the landlord directly and going through a site that had all the tools at my fingertips. The good thing is that its completely free to use.

Excellent service.
Excellent service overall. Gave me all the help i needed. Had tenants applying and managed to get the property let very quickly. Very satisfied. Would recommend to landlords.
