Bricomarche at Ernee, Mayenne, has the most helpful and professional staff. The Manager and other staff have a great knowledge of stock. They go our of their way to assist. Despite poor french, they do their best to help you find what you require.

Service was excellent bearing in mind current coronavirus conditions. Ordered placed and ready to collect within the 2 hours. Collected from entrance with no need to enter into main shop.

Thieves is the proper word
The store in Gif Sur Yvette charged my card 3 times for one purchase, they are not refunding as promised and they have not called as promised. In my mind this has now been stepped up from incompitence to propper theft. This company actually robbed me
I reached out to the firm on Facebook and the messages have been read but they can not be bothered to answer.
UPDATE 27.06 2020
After series of false promises of reinburcement and a lot of work of pestering online I finally was contacted today and told I could come to the store for a refund. I finally got the 32.90 that Bricomarche/ Les Mousquetaires tried to steal off me. Given the transport and the cost of my time I have only lost around 200 Euros in this fiasko and no one saw a reason to even offer an apology.
I heartfully advice any one to stay away from the place
